Then one day just told me since I wouldn't pay the very high prices that they were terminating my membership. I asked about the tans I had earned and purchased at the higher levels and was told I could still use them unless they expired. Well every time I'd go I'd ask how many I had left amd when they expired. All of a sudden they said that the ones I earned when I was a member that I couldn't use anymore because I wasn't a member. Called cooperate and they couldn't understand what was happening with it so they called the owner. I had 4 lousy tans left and they refused to allow me to use it. They sure weren't complaining when they took money out of my account for years. Wouldn't stand by what their employees told me for the last few months and as early as a few weeks ago. I'm sure those 4 sessions would really brake them if they allowed me to use them after I had been with them for years and spent tons of money in upgrades. Lousy customer service and actually the place is pretty run down. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.
