She remembers my name and recognizes me when I come in, and honestly, that's never happened in all the years I've been coming here. I always greeted warmly. She's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Great customer service can be hard to find, and Haley consistently goes above and beyond. LA Tan is lucky to have her!

Based on that information, I intentionally saved one to use on New Year's Eve. When I arrived at the location, I was told--very rudely--that my spray tan had expired because I was "two hours past" the expiration time. I was never informed at the time of purchase that the spray tan would expire at 11:00 a.m. on the final day, nor was this communicated to me at any point afterward. To be told this at the counter, after planning my visit specifically for that day, was both frustrating and disappointing. The way this situation was handled felt misleading and unprofessional, and I left feeling that I was being denied a service. The girl at the front desk was not willing to meet me in the middle somehow.

It's a great price considering what is around the area. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners are wonderful! You get a very personable vibe when you're there.
