After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.
