She closes on every single holiday and random weekdays without telling PAYING customers. I had to start going to a new place because she's never open. Owner is also MAGA and says racist things every time I'm in there. I will never come back, especially being the fourth time in ONE MONTH that she's closed at a random time and day when the store says open online and on the door. Ridiculous and I wasted so much gas for nothing. Picture was taken at 945 on a Thursday when they should've already been open for 45 minutes.

I have been coming here on and off for 5 or 6 years now. ( I always get really tan and then slack on going, then go again and wonder why I ever stopped ) but this place is always here for me to come back too. I love that you don't have to be held down by a monthly contract. You can buy minutes as you go. If you buy a bulk of minutes then they last for the year. It's a great price considering what is around the area. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners are wonderful! You get a very personable vibe when you're there. They have different levels of beds and the location is always clean.

The staff at Mokena are the most rude (one in particular) I've ever met. They won't give a refund, even if the people behind the counter mistreat you. Their "corporate" called to try and rectify what happened and told me I was right, but still wouldn't give me a refund when in the history have you ever heard such nonsense? I will be telling every single person I know to never go here ever they steal your money they give you faulty products and they treat you like absolute crap. Wow, just wow is all I have to say about this horrible horrible entity. my husband is 64 years old and they refused to let them tan because the information in their system was faulty and we had paid for a full month of tanning and we were only halfway through the month. Don't subject yourself to this time waste ! Do not give them your money. Go tan somewhere else.

I bounce around from LA Tan to LA Tan (I work over here, live over there, go to school out that…read moreway....) and this is by far the best one!! First I'll start by saying that the staff is super, super, super nice and very helpful. Kudos to the manager for picking the right people and training them well. The girls always have helpful tips and offer advice. Typically when I'm presented with options (regarding something I don't know much about) I'll say, "What do you recommend?" I'm usually given the answer, "Uhh...well...it's up to you..." That doesn't happen here!!!! These girls ALWAYS give me the pros & cons, and then will offer their opinion. For example, last night I wasn't sure which spray tan to get bc they have two different types of booths (neither of which I've ever used...no mystic here) and she explained to me the difference between the two, which one she prefers, and which one she thinks would work best on my skin color/type. Then she walked me back there and showed me how to stand (she even got in the booth LOL), offered tips to get the best coverage, and explained the whole process. It was awesome. Second, this LA Tan is the most up-to-date that I've been to. They have the newest equipment and the staff is very well trained on all of them. Third, the salon is very clean and well maintained. (I hate going into a closet-sized room with a broken door...) My room last night had lotion, baby wipes, towels, hair net, a large leather chair, full length mirror, floor mat, etc. It was clean and painted a pretty purple color. Nice touch :) I really can't say enough about how nice this LA Tan is. Everything from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out is a very pleasant experience. Great job to the manager and the staff.

She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today.
