I love that you don't have to be held down by a monthly contract. You can buy minutes as you go. If you buy a bulk of minutes then they last for the year. It's a great price considering what is around the area. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners are wonderful! You get a very personable vibe when you're there. They have different levels of beds and the location is always clean.

The staff at Mokena are the most rude (one in particular) I've ever met. They won't give a refund, even if the people behind the counter mistreat you. Their "corporate" called to try and rectify what happened and told me I was right, but still wouldn't give me a refund when in the history have you ever heard such nonsense? I will be telling every single person I know to never go here ever they steal your money they give you faulty products and they treat you like absolute crap. Wow, just wow is all I have to say about this horrible horrible entity. my husband is 64 years old and they refused to let them tan because the information in their system was faulty and we had paid for a full month of tanning and we were only halfway through the month. Don't subject yourself to this time waste ! Do not give them your money. Go tan somewhere else.

The friend's dog was not wearing service tags or a harness. I am just mind-blown Leanne, the manager, had the audacity to give me attitude for bringing this to her attention. Does she not care about the health of her customers???Especially those with allergies. The dog was right next to the lotions and eyewear. Additionally, the friend was sitting next to the salon computer over a dozen times with easy access to all of the customers credit card information!!!

So I told her I wanted a deep tissue massage and let me tell you that she was amazing. She was unbelievably strong and professional. It was like no massage i have ever had. She worked me from head to toe. After the massage the jacuzzi was hot and ready. Next is the sauna until i was melting. Finished with a cold shower(my choice) . I felt like a million bucks.
