Worst customer service experience…read more Last year, I purchased a package of four spray tans with the clear understanding that they were valid through the end of 2025. Based on that information, I intentionally saved one to use on New Year's Eve. When I arrived at the location, I was told--very rudely--that my spray tan had expired because I was "two hours past" the expiration time. I was never informed at the time of purchase that the spray tan would expire at 11:00 a.m. on the final day, nor was this communicated to me at any point afterward. To be told this at the counter, after planning my visit specifically for that day, was both frustrating and disappointing. The way this situation was handled felt misleading and unprofessional, and I left feeling that I was being denied a service. The girl at the front desk was not willing to meet me in the middle somehow.
