I came because I had a gift certificate. The whole experience was great. The staff at the front desk was warm and friendly which is always a good start. I was offered water upon entering and exiting. The place was clean and comfortable. I only went for a massage so that is all I am comment on. Michelle was scheduled for me and she was great. One of the best massages I have had. They have automatic tables vs the rolls that are placed underneath your legs so you don't have to do the usual movements. There was an issue with the music and I was gifted a discount on my next massage for the inconvenience. The massage oil was not oily which was nice as you weren't greasy afterwards. No sliding in my shoes on the way out! They do have a 'club' you can join to get discounts on services if you're into what they offer which looks like a good deal. read more

This place deserves ZERO stars!! I can't believe how disgusting it is. This place needs to be reported to the state! The workers don't wash hands or alcohol gel between clients! As a person who is a medical professional I was so appalled at how they do business!! I know there are rules and regulations that must be followed and they DO NOT follow any guidelines!!! Janet is amazing!! i got botox done and filler in my frown lines (11).. and WOW! i've had it done before at another place a couple+ years back..and it was not this good... ..they disappeared about 85% which is better then i can ask for.. because they were moderately deep and then some... i look so much younger now. Awful manners for a salon not to mention a business..... I called today. Out of courtesy to inform the manager Laura and the moment I stated that I was going to review my experience, she said to go ahead and was talking over me..... Not a good choice. Do not Easter your time or money. Strip mall spas are not the way to go especially when the prices (without the groupon) are equivalent to a classy spot. Very clean, pretty spa. Bought a Groupon for 40 units of Botox and they made scheduling the appointment fast and easy. The woman who injected me (Megan) seemed to be very knowledgeable and claimed to be a former ICU nurse. However, when the Jeauveau she talked me into kicked in fully, I was disappointed with the results. She injected for crow's feet, some forehead lines and under each eye. It was the under eye injections that were the mistake I believe, because it caused the skin there to sag and actually resulted in new wrinkling towards the center of my face. Can't wait for it to wear off & I'm disappointed I paid over $300 to look worse from straight on. read more

I am very very displeased with this med spa, I would NEVER recommend to come here to anyone. If I could rate them negative stars I would. & here's why.... At the very end of June of 2021 I got under eye filler & like many people I started to bruise. The owner, Pam, was the one who injected me & told me if I'm still bruised a couple days before my bday (as I told her it was approaching in a week-week and a half) to come back and they will zap the bruise away with the laser used with IPL, photo-facial. I was back July 1st, 2 days before my bday to rid this bruise. The esthetician who was available at the time, Karisa, seemed annoyed she had to do this service on the house. (Which I did appreciate the owners gesture on that, every girl wants to feel good on their bday) INSTEAD of fixing the issue of the bruise they made it a million times worse. The laser was set too high and sizzled my skin. That spot was raised and puffy, scabbed, bled, and is now a permanent addition to my face. It's something I notice every single day & makeup doesn't cover it up. Karisa was instructed to help me out and fix the problem. Nothing work, at first I was given a bleaching cream to make the scar go away. What is that going to do? Then a peel & micro needling. Again nothing. I went to a different med spa for a second opinion and further help. There, I was told my filler needed to be dissolved in order for any results. I had to go back to Trouville and tell them what another spa said in order for them to properly help me. After the things Trouville tried and I was seeing no results I went back to the second med spa. They instantly knew something that would help me. I've now paid $700 out of my pocket elsewhere to get any type of result. Women do these things in order to feel good about themselves. Instead I am now self conscious and feel bad about myself when I think about the fact it looks like I have a black eye every single day. It's permanent & will never go away. Not only did I waste my money for 2 syringes of filler & $700 to fix their mistakes but I have markings under my eye that will never go away. I think it might be time to talk to a lawyer & get an opinion on this situation. 8 months later and I'm more self conscious than ever. read more

I had a groupon for this place. It was for 40 units of botox. I wanted the deep wrinkles on my forehead addressed. It was suggested for $87 more I could also get my wrinkles by my eyes done. I agreed. That was on June 24, 2021. When I woke up on July 5, 202I could hardly get my eyes open, my eyelids drooped so badly. So much for looking nice for the July 17, 2021 wedding I attended!!!! Never again will I let anyone but an experienced, trained doctor come anywhere close to my eyes!!!! read more

I love to give great reviews and this is not one of those. I'm doing it in case you are thinking of going to Jake for color or cut! It started in May when someone referred me to him. I want to go gray and I needed a blended look to hide the gray. That first time I found a big orange chunky streak in the back of my hair. I struggled with booking a 2nd appointment but I was in a hurry and hoping that I would have a better experience. It went from bad to worse. When he turned my chair around after blow drying my hair - I was freaked. My hair was a combination of gray, blonde, orange and pink mush - that's $400 later after 2 appointments. I haven't even touched on the cut he gave me. He cut it wet and promised to finish it dry but didn't. Quite frankly, I wanted to get out of there l. I went to colorist in Elmhurst the next day and she freaked. She said that he totally did not know what he was doing. She worked on me for 3 hours and $300 later I look better and have a professional sleek cut. My hair is now way over processed but Gina saved me and my trip to London. I'm hoping that Jake will reach out and do the right thing which is to refund my money and own his mistake. read more

Beware. Owner Pamela is an absolute conartist. She was previously employed at Southwest Laser ,as well as another in Florida, Naples Laser and Medspa and apparently no longer at either location. She was quick to let me know all of this, and get into great detail how they did her wrong. I found it strange that a professional would put down other medspas (both of whom I had never heard of before) previous to conducting business with a new client. In hindsight I wish I would have looked at her BBB reviews prior, both would have given me a glimpse of what I was in for. (Naples Medspa has ONE star on BBB) I received PRP from Pam and was told if I was unhappy I would be refunded 100%. Long story short, that was NOT the case. After the 1st session, I saw no difference. I was then told "you need 1 more!" .... after 2 sessions, she said "just wait til the third, then you'll see results!" Followed by "You need to wait longer / you're too young / you need another session, 3 isn't enough." The only results I ever had were major swelling, bruising, and horrible bags under my eyes that I didn't have before. This registers as major bait and switch in my book. Not only was I not refunded, I am now being sued in small claims court by a modern day gypsy. STAY AWAY FROM ANY BUSINESS PAMELA NEITZEL IS INVOLVED IN. read more
