Heard great things and in badly need of a massage, I called and easily booked a 90 minute massage. On the day of, I only waited about 5 minutes to be called back. The location is so modern with a sophisticated ambiance. Nice and clean as well. They offer a shower after the massage (if you'd like) which I think is nice. Dennis performed my massage and it was amazing. He worked all the kinks/tension out of my neck and back. And his stretches are AMAZING!!! I'm thinking of making an appointment for just that! I felt so much lighter when I left. I will definitely be back! read more

It was a very disappointing massage experience. Instead of being a relaxing time, it ended up ruining my day. The only thing I asked for at the beginning was a bathrobe or a large towel so I could comfortably take off my clothes and then take a shower afterward without having to get dressed again. She refused to provide one, which I found very strange. She then disappeared for a while, and almost half of my massage time was wasted. She kept telling me that she felt I wasn't comfortable and that she wanted to find another solution for me. I finally told her that I couldn't keep waiting and asked her to just start the massage. By that point, half of the session was already gone, and the massage itself was not good. It felt like she wasn't really putting effort into it. This massage was a birthday gift, and unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it at all. I also wasn't able to take a shower afterward as I had planned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated by the massage therapist. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this massage parlor. I had recently experienced severe trauma, and to relieve some stress. I purchased a Groupon , That included a 60 minute massage shower and facial massage, called the facility to confirm appointment time and what to expect. The receptionist confirmed the time of 1:00 o'clock and ended the call. When I arrived 5 minutes early I was advised to have a seat, 15 minutes later I was towed I would not be able to have a facial as they were short staffed. She gave me a coupon to return another day to receive my facial. When I went in back for my massage I asked the therapist about steam Shower prior to receiving massage. I was told I would not be able to steam shower because she had other appointments and was leaving at three o'clock. So I received a massage without being able to shower and have the full SPA experience. Extremely disappointed for the $150 I spent. read more

I've been coming here for years to get a massage and I always go to the same person which is Margie. She always does a great job.

Had a facial with their newest esthetician, Char. She's the best. Highly recommend. Very efficient.

I called in for a last minute appointment for full body massage and the front desk receptionist was very accommodating. Mary gave a vigorous, deeply therapeutic massage, exactly what my body needed. I walked out feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend! read more

I've been here before and would definitely recommend. I'm taking my mother-in-law next month for a spa date.

Dennis is a very professional, excellent massage therapist. Highly recommend! HM is a top notch spa!

So relaxingggg. Evita is my go to! She listens to the problem areas and tends to them. The steam shower after is a plus. 10/10 read more

Outside of the lady at the front desk trying to scam us out of a Groupon deal, had a very nice experience!!! The facilities were really calm and soothing and my masseuse Kathryn was outstanding. Her deep tissue techniques were as good as I've had anywhere out of the country. Sh*t, for a minute, I thought I was in Jamaica when I woke! This place is BYOW - Bring your own Water. read more

Magda is great. I highly recommend her for a massage. I would return to Heavenly Massage in the future. The space is nice and the front desk staff is friendly. It's clean, they play nice soothing music and smells good too. The steam shower was an added bonus sine they were running behind on my services. All in all it was a nice "treat myself" Sweetest Day. read more

I've been going here for years and my favorite massage therapist is Evita. She's very attentive to my concerns and I always leave relaxed.

Amazing. 10/10. The lady who did my massage was amazing. She did exaclty what i wanted. I felt so relaxed. The place itself is so calm and clean. The rooms were perfect. One thing i would maybe change is the temperature in the room. I got a bit hot but it's no problem! read more

It was clean, and front desk are helpful and nice, the masseuse was thorough and gentile.

Amazing massage by Irena! She gave me a deep tissue full body massage and didn't forget the feet or hands! She was perfectly deep in the right areas and gentle on an area I requested to be softer. It was like I melted into her hands. After the table massage she set me up with a robe, sandals, and towels and turned on the steam ahead of time for the steam shower. It was an amazing experience and I will be back. read more

I called to make reservations today at 11a.m for Friday for three people. I was told my reservation was booked and I needed to call back before end of day to give my redemption code for Groupon. I informed her only one or two of us would be using a Groupon. Once purchased, I called back to give the number and the receptionist could not even find our reservation and were now completely booked and could not accommodate us! This is horrible customer service ESPECIALLY when asking for a number to redeem my Groupon before services! read more

This place is an absolute nightmare to make an appointment with. I called 3 times to make an appointment, and the receptionist kept putting me on long holds. The next day when I spoke to someone and voiced my concern I was told it gets very busy. Well wouldn't that be something you staff accordingly for? If you know you're busier at certain days and times then you should make sure you have a plan in place to make sure your customer service is acceptable. I received a gift certificate to this place and I wish I could just give it back and tell the person to have their money refunded because it's not worth the headache to try to get a massage that's supposed to relax you. Plenty of other places to choose from in the area. Avoid this one. read more

My massage therapist, Martyna was FABULOUS! It was so relaxing, quiet, and she was so kind. Thanks so much! See you again soon!

Overall, I think this is an extremely unprofessional salon. I was lured into the specials ($29.99 for mani and pedi, $79.99 for 90 min massage). The massage therapists are pretty friendly, however, I wasn't too pleased with the massages; when I said hard pressure, it felt like I was being shoved me down on the table instead of having the pressure go deeper into my muscles. I guess after 90 mins though, hands can get tired. I decided to give it another try for a second massage, but same thing. When I went to take the "steam shower" it's kind of strange there's a plastic chair in the shower and the therapist didn't put the steam on for me...it took nearly 10-15 mins just to wait for the steam to come on. So the massages were ok, but I wouldn't go back for them. The worst was the nail technician, Renata. She is extremely opinionated, rude, and unfriendly. I don't think I can even remember how many rude comments she made when I got my mani and pedi. She commented that I wasted my time by commuting to Chicago, horrified that I don't get my legs waxed weekly, horrified I don't get manis and pedis weekly, and horrified that I don't exfoliate weekly. She gave me lectures also on using cuticle oil multiple times per day. When I told her that I couldn't afford all these things weekly, she just shook her head at me. It was an awful experience. It's also strange that they ask for your money right away before the service begins. read more

I got a gift for Christmas & been trying since then to book a massage. They never answer or return calls, I left over 5 voicemail & no call back. I will let my gift card expire before I step foot into an unorganized place like this. Reviews were good so all those people must be high or friends of owner. read more

Evita has been a GODSEND since my very first appointment with her! I'm a runner and was experiencing severe hamstring pain after a speed/sprint training workout! I could barely walk when I went in. Her hands are PURE MAGIC! She also provided me with some post massage tips to maintain good tissue health. It's very evident that she loves what she does and loves helping other people. I'm training for a marathon. I've returned to Evita bi-weekly for maintenance to keep this body from breaking down any further. Praying these legs are strong enough to get me to Berlin. Evita is THE absolute BEST masseuse I've been to over the years. I highly recommend her. The location is convenient, clean, and the staff are friendly. Repeat satisfied customer. read more

not great. Came for a deep tissue and got something else. Very little pressure. I asked for more pressure but still nothing. i wanted some relief for the knots in my back and shoulders. I left with just greasier knots. Very little tissue work done. Won't be back. read more

The massage was horrible. The masseuse was cold and unwelcoming. I didn't even get asked what areas to focus on. She started massaging me without any type of introductions or questions. The entire time I was laying down it felt like a toddler was giving me a massage. No pressure whatsoever. Weak and extremely unpleasant. No thank you! I will not be coming here again. read more

Good experience. Recently I was gifted a spa day. I experienced a Deep Tissue Massage, Facial, Manicure and Pedicure. Scheduling the appointment was easy and finding this location was fine. The massage therapist and facial technician were excellent. The manicure/pedicure technician was just ok. I'm taking away one star because the front desk was extremely busy when I arrived and I felt rushed at check-in. It would be nice if they had a second person up front, one answering the phone/scheduling appointments and another that could check-in and answer questions. Otherwise a ok experience. read more

Hands down the best massage therapists on the south side. I've had sessions with Martyna, Amber, Lifa, and Katie and they've all done a fantastic job. Great customer service at the front desk and lots of services to choose from. I will definitely be coming back regularly. Thank you! read more

The massage was good, however, I booked a couples massage, signed in as couples massage lady at desk never said a word, went to back for massages only to be told they don't do couples massages. The site says they do and when I booked appointments they said they did! Then they tried to say we could do a couples shower at the end if we wanted. Wasn't happy to be duped, but again the massage was good. read more

Recently returned to heavenly after finding out my favorite masseuse Stephanie is back. I suffered a severe back injury, and from time to time I suffer muscle spasms. I tried this place because of coupons that were mailed. $60 for an 80 minute massage. I have been here twice because of this. Like others have said, the massage rooms are colder than I would have liked. I have had 2 different therapists and both have been great. I was seen right at my scheduled appointment time both times. Friendly staff. read more
