No sugar scrub used, no lotion! soaked feet for like 5 mins. then he filed 1 nail only, dead skin not gone either. never coming here again. first and last time. $45 for painted nails only. I Do not go to Pro Nails on LaGrange Road! I went to have my nails done, only to become very ill afterwards. Lyn the manicurist started working on my nails, half way through she was coughing and coughing all over me and the station. I had asked her if she was sick, she replied it was "allergies"! She also replied that no one else was sick in the salon. At this point there was no turning back or leaving with nails half finished. I let her finish, paid her and left. Two days later I woke up with a severe sore throat, congested, coughing and a temperature. Unfortunately I had been packed and ready to leave on vacation the next day, we couldn't go, I was terribly sick. Having my nails done was a last minute choice, up until then I'd been well. This is how viruses mutate! All it takes is one sick person, not staying at home and coming to work to spread their germs. Apparently the store owner doesn't oversee if his manicurists are healthy, while they are handling people. It would be interesting to see how Lyn's other clients of that day, are doing? Needless to say I'll never go back there. P.S. still not better, this virus is hard to get rid of! read more

Came in yesterday to get serviced. But instead a a lady who came in after me got serviced first. I was already in a chair waiting (while my friend was getting her pedicure) . They didn't even offer put water in my foot bowl or even offer turn the massage chair on.. another worker came in literally yelling and refusing not to do my feet... who knows why?? The workers said it's because she can't do " no chip" ... which is confusing bc how you don't know how to do no chip if you work a nail shop??? GO elsewhere!!!! I brought my daughter in for a last minute full set. I wish I had read the reviews prior to spending my money here. There were many imperfections, cut cuticles, and just bad job. The tech blamed it on our polish color choice. They refused to smooth out the nails and did no attempt to fix the problem. Instead the tech proceeded to cut off her nails and states they were not going to charge us for the service. The "manager" Cindy made no attempts to resolve the problem. My sister and I decided to try this place because we had coupons. We made an appointment to ensure we had no wait time. Once we arrived, we picked out our colors and sat for 15 minutes before we were seated for our scheduled pedicures. They started my pedicure right way, while my sister sat soaking and watching STILL WAITING for someone to come start her pedicure. It turned out that the lady who did my pedicure was also doing my sisters!!! There was no heads up at all. She and I were livid. I had to sit and wait for her to get her pedicure. When you come to a nail salon with a friend or family member, it is common sense to do their service at the same time. This place was a disappointment. We won't come back. read more

I've been to this salon a few times, but after my last experience I won't be back. Being a busy mom I only have time to treat myself to a mani pedi every 3-6 months or so. Last time I got my nails done here, the nail tech added a bunch of solution to the nail polish, which I've seen at other salons but my pedicure ended up completely peeling off within that same week. Also when they sat me down, the nail tools they use were already out, which had me questioning if they were even sterilized from the previous client. Time to find a new salon read more

I had a very bad experience at this place. I made an appointment 2 days before my wedding with my mom and matron of honor. It started off well right when we arrived, but it quickly became unpleasant as they started rushing us and just being pretty rude to us overall. I had one color change from my toes to my nails because I wanted my hands darker and they acted like it was this terrible inconvenience. Then during my gel set on my hands, the lady really rushed. She cut me not once, but twice with her nail file and when she was pulling my skin away from the glue. I literally bled, some of it got on her nail file and I pointed it out so I hope they change those out for every customer! They also didn't listen when my mom mentioned mine were crooked, and they just didn't want to deal with us at all it seemed. I went there to relax and enjoy some time before the wedding and instead I felt upset and left in pain. Not worth it, I could have gone anywhere else. The nails ended up looking just okay, but it wasn't worth the pain or money. Go somewhere else. read more

Don't even bother making an appointment they will over book and forget about that someone had an appointment. Went got my manicure done yesterday with Cindy. I asked if I can make an appointment with Amy tomorrow which is today July 4. She had a 230 opened, so I took it. I went in and Amy had another client at her chair because Cindy made that client have a 230 appointment as well. Amy saw that I came in and had to apologize for there mistake. I told her it's not your fault she messed up and gave you another client appointment when I was told yesterday 230 was fine. Cindy didn't even say hi when I came in she knew I was going to be mad she couldn't even look at me.. Amy was trying to get someone else to take care of me and told her no because I made the appointment yesterday with Cindy to be with you so I don't want some else. I know she was trying to keep me there and get business but it's they lost my business for today and possibly forever since this isn't the first time they did that to me. Today just pissed me off. It's like why have appointments if someone is not going to have the person they requested. Cindy is just a bad boss and over booked and losing customers by doing that.
