Hellen is simply the best. I go to her every time for a no chip fill in, and I won't go anywhere else! She fulfills every request without question. Magic Nails always does such a good job regardless!

My Christmas nails!! I love them

Magic nails by far is one of the best places to get nails done. The girls are so nice. Hellen does my nails so professional. The prices are wonderful and the club is great. Earn points and get money off

Love my nails and Julie was great. Definitely will be back. She was gentle and precise.

Pedicure

I love this place - they are so friendly and accommodating. I have brought my 2 year old daughter here a couple times for mommy & me "pedicures" for something fun to do, and they are so sweet with her. You can't beat the price, either. I will be a long time client here for sure!

It was my first time going here and I was very pleased. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service.

My sister and I were in the area one day and decided to stop in to have our nails done. We picked…read moreout the polish colors we wanted and only waited a short while before being served. We both received manicures and pedicures. The young lady that did my nails was named Elaine. She was personable and sweet. She took her time and did a very nice job. The pedicure lasted for a couple of weeks before it chipped. The manicure didn't fare so well because I wash my hair slightly more often than typical. I ended up taking it off after only a few days. My sister had her manicure and pedicure done by Elaine. She felt like Elaine was preoccupied with too many other things so she wasn't very pleased with the customer service. The nail salon atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The place was clean and everyone seemed to adhere to strict hygiene protocols. The entire staff also wore masks and gloves because of Covid. The cost for one manicure/pedicure was about $47. That's slightly more than I usually pay downtown which is unusual in my opinion. Usually stuff is cheaper in the suburbs. I tipped Elaine well since it was around the holidays. Overall, I was pleased with the service so I'd visit again.

I'm really disappointed with my experience here last Friday. I've been to this salon before and…read moreliked it, but this time was a mess. When I walked in, I clearly asked for a dip manicure -- it's what I had on and what I always get. The tech removed my old set and started applying what I thought was the base for dip, but it turned out she was doing an acrylic overlay instead. I only realized something was off when they pulled out the no-chip/gel polish. I mentioned again that I asked for dip, and the male tech tried to tell me what I had on before was no-chip (it wasn't -- it was dip, just with a design on one nail). I explained I get dip because it adds strength, which I need for my hands-on job. Instead of fixing it, they just added a layer of builder gel and said it would help. It's now Monday, and one of my nails already broke -- literally just from putting on my shoes. My dip manicures normally last 4+ weeks without any issues. If I weren't traveling internationally for work right now, I'd go back and demand a refund. Really disappointed that I didn't get the service I asked (and paid) for, and that it didn't even last the weekend.

I understand they just opened back up and my lady was super nice. But it seemed a bit off. My basic…read moremanicure was rushed to the point, cuticles weren't even all cleaned up. Nails were not all filed and the paint developed bubbles. In all honesty I could've saved my money and done them better. My toes are better but just ok. Again, my lady was nice and tried. I think they fell behind and was rushing at the end. Also, I think many people there were new because a few didnt seem to know where or what to use. And one more thing, they dont have a lot of nail paint options. For regular paint definitely dont and my friends no chip color choice was out.

How many times do you have to go to the same salon for them to know what services you ALWAYS…read morereceive from the same employee? Sadly, I found out the hard way that every 2 weeks for a year isn't enough. I try for once a month, sometimes twice, an eyebrow and lip wax. I limit myself due to my age and sensitivity my skin has gotten since turning 50. Yesterday, I sat for my usual treatment only to have her decide I needed a chin waxing. I have never had nor needed one and was quite shocked when she spread the wax on my chin. Before I could say anything, she said for me not to worry and that she had seen some hairs and RIPPED the wax off - along with my skin! Afterwards, while getting my nails done, I could feel the continued stinging and finally cried out to the nail technician who immediately began to assist in relieving my pain. She grabbed the tech who made the mistake, and she apologized while running out to get medicine to help. After waiting for 30 minutes, I left. The owner actually tried to make me pay, as customers were asking if I was going to be ok! HE didn't give 1 ounce of care or take accountability for his technician's mistake. He simply was telling everyone there was "a communication confusion." WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK!
