Purchased a gift certificate for this location. The certificate has the name of the location and phone number listed. There is no expiration date listed. Went to get my nails done and they won't accept it since there are new owners (same location, new owners). Absolutely horrible practice to not accept a gift certificate purchased for your business! The owner said "the previous owner didn't tell me that they sold so many gift certificates ." How is that the customer's fault?! Would 100% not recommend supporting this business. read more

I highly recommend this place! My mom and I have been several times. There is new ownership as of a few months ago. The current owners are very receptive to design ideas/asks and have delivered each time I've asked! I was really excited to find out where my favorite nail tech had moved to. Me & my daughter both would get out nails done by Haibo, when he worked at the nail shop in Burbank Illinois ( 76 & Cicero). So I decided to make the long drive to the new location on Lagrange Rd. Haibo was so unfriendly, I felt like he didn't want me in his shop. He even told me the nail shape that I asked for wouldn't look right on my hands, even though he had previously done the coffin shape before, and he charged me $10 more than I was quoted over the phone. Horrible experience! I was getting a pink and white fillin. I don't think the woman ever did one before!! Took almost two hours!!! I can't believe I paid for it!! I wanted to wait a week after getting them done to see how my no-chip nails held out. For the price I paid, they ended up and still holding up really well! It's a smaller salon with only a few workers, so be patient when you wait. You don't get what you pay for, you end up with a lot more! The lady I had paid so much attention, and asked if I wanted anymore coats- I've never been asked before, usually they just stop, even when I'm unhappy with the lack of coats. I was first enticed at the prices previously posted, but when I called to make sure, they raised the price by a few bucks. Can't complain, businesses need to make revenue. I think a lot more people should check out this small salon than the over prices LA Nails, who have even ripped out my cuticles a few times. read more

I have tried two other nail salons in Frankfort, one being Bellavan, and this one outshines them both! The people who work here are so kind and make you feel comfortable. The prices are reasonable. I found this place on Yelp, and had to call and verify the prices. $25 for a mani/pedi?!??? That's beyond a great price. It's hidden in a strip mall right off LaGrange and there is nothing special about the place, but their prices are great and the service was too. And they even give a free shoulder/neck message while your nails are drying. I'll definitely be back. It's also important to note that their No Chip mani is $25! Those usually run at least $35, especially in that area! read more

They are so professional! They make you feel so pampered. Once your done with your pedicure you get a nice back massage. I use to go to classy nails in Tinley Park and they are overpriced. I'm so glad I finally able to find a place that I feel comfortable. Do yourself a favor and come here! You won't regret it. They also have a cool rewards card. read more

They had very poor service and use of the tools. For $30 I could have gone to another salon and undoubtedly have gotten a better experience. They told us one price in the beginning and then the total came out to be $5 more. They got no-chip nail polish everywhere on my hands and left the underneath of my friends new acrlic nails nasty and unfinished. We live very close to many mail salons. I've have come here before and it was an ok experience. My daughter, however, got a set of acrylic nails on Friday. Saturday, 2 fell off. Picking up a glass!! She went back in on Sunday to have them repair them and ended up getting a whole new set. This morning, one had fallen off when sleeping. Sleeping! It's not like she was playing a sport or digging in the garden when it happened. And to top it off the girls stop working on you to go start someone else. Every time I've been in there that's happened. She isn't even going to go back again. It's not worth the time. I would give a zero star review if possible. We will never go back. read more

I can't believe this place has no reviews. I love this place. It's not fancy but they are friendly and they give you a free bottle of water and free wine if you ask them for some. They serve it to you in a plastic cup but I can care less it's free. They always do a great job on my nails and pedicures are awesome. I hate places that put a time on your pedicure and this place takes their time with you. Another plus is that while your nails are drying they give you a shoulder massage! A great shoulder massage too! I've gone to fancy places in the area and in the Gold Coast area by where I work and still I love coming to Pampered Nails for the free bottles water, wine, massage and fantastic pedicures and manicures. Such a nice surprise! My mother and I stopped in on a Sunday about an hour before they were to close. We both got pedicures and were really happy with our services! The staff is very sweet and accommodating. This place is my "go to" nail salon. Recently had no chip manicure and it lasted 3 weeks. Usually it lasts maybe a week because I wash my hands often and am hard on my nails.
