    I was a little nervous as I told Nate the salon tech who started on my nails that the machine that's used to trim the nails. I've had bad experiences in the past, and he made me aware from the beginning of trimming nails with emery boards as I am old school and then starting with the machine used at the salon, he explain to me and process, how gentle it can be, and then he started on my nails, and it was the best experience that I've had with my nails and other nail techs Nate, you made me feel very comfortable and the socialization between us while doing my nails was right on time thank you for a great experience. I will make this my nail salon to the Management. Nate is a plus in your business!

    After having several bad experiences at my old go-to nail salon, I was becoming so frustrated that I stopped getting my nails done altogether. For years I never even cared to upkeep my nails, but it turned out going back to having unpainted nails was NOT as easy as it sounded! 3 months later I stumbled into Bellavan and I could not be happier that I did! The entire staff was super friendly, especially the part-owner, Nathan. No awkwardness, they all made me feel super comfortable about what I was asking for -- right down to the design, which he redid TWICE until HE was satisfied with it -- I was okay with the first attempt! Talk about being dedicated to giving your clients what they want! I'm so glad I took the leap to check out somewhere new instead of my old salon!

    Lifting nails

    I had a gel fill in with no chip done & 6 days later one nail completely cracked off. I tried going the same day for repair (Monday) and they were closed for a family emergency (I understand life & totally respect that!). My only available day was Thursday and the receptionist told me they're completely booked. I went online and booked an appointment with no problem & called to let them know. She seemed irritated. The receptionist told me there would be no charge at this appointment so I wasn't expecting to pay (besides tip). I walked in & told her that 8 out of 10 nails were lifted and they all needed to be redone. Mind you, if they were open Monday that marks 6 days of my nails ($80 for that and toe polish change w/tip). Thought maybe there was a grace period? No one said anything about pricing, so I thought they were fixing their mistakes - I had my entire set soaked off, new overlay and a gel polish applied. I was cut a few times during the service with the drill, but stayed quiet. As I finished I went to the front and they charged me $46, making it seem like I got a deal at "$30 off". I said "even though I paid $80 last week?" They said yes they didn't know how to charge me. And I tipped, again, too of course. No lie; I get in my car and 15 min AFTER I LEFT, My NAIL CHIPPED AGAIN. HOW?!!!? To say I'm beyond irritated is an understatement. I left 3 stars because Nate the owner is a nice guy, easy to talk to & has a beautiful salon. But my god, I've spent $140 on my nails in the last 9 days ... and they're already chipped. Getting your hair or nails done is a luxery to yourself to make you feel better, and here I'm using cash I put aside for a gift I needed to get to pay for my "nail service" again. I'm not sure I'll be back, Unless they're willing to give me another chance at a complimentary service.

    This was the worst salon!! I had an appointment at 11:30 and I had to wait more than 15 minutes before someone took me. My nail tech did my nails did not tell me the price (no price listed anywhere). After a week my non chip manicure was falling off and chipping. I called for a refund the owner said she would take care of it and still has not provided me with a refund. If you're a new customer do not go to them!

    First of all they didn't have the first two colors that I picked out. The guy who did my service seemed distracted and rushed. Filing of toenails was poorly done, and he injured the skin around one of my big toenails and now I think I'm going to get an ingrown toenail (which stinks because I'm leaving on a cruise). Foot and leg massage was underwhelming. "No chip" gel manicure chipped after 3 days. I am going to have to have my nails redone on my trip. I don't plan to return to this salon.

    First time there and I will definitely be going back. Sara did my nails and a boy (didn't catch his name) did my pedicure, they both did an AMAZING job. Went there desperate to get my nails done in time for my baby shower since my original destination was booked. But I do not regret the trip nor the $120 spent! Just really upset that I didn't know tips were cash only, and I didn't have my wallet on me. ): Will be returning next time I need my nails done with cash in hand to give to Sara and the boy to make up for today! The environment was friendly and Debbie, one of the owners, is a total sweetheart. You can tell by her attitude that she's a hustler and takes care with great pride about her business and her employees!

    Best nail salon I've ever been to and I've been doing nails a long time. My niece, two daughters, and I just got our nails done with the dip powder and extensions. We came with pictures from Pinterest thinking they wouldn't be able to do it but the wowed us with their skilled nail art tech. My ombré nails were so perfect! Katie is the best! The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Best of all, the staff is friendly, professional, and skilled! Check it out! You won't regret it, but do make an appointment because they are in demand!

    Deb is amazing! She treats everyone with such care and pays attention to detail when doing nails. I have gone to her a couple of times now for no-chip & she always does an amazing job. When I have gotten no-chip from other places, when they are done, it looks already grown out. She gets so close to the cuticle, they look brand new for the longest time. They know what they're doing here & will always listen to what you want. I get sparkles, and she layers it so it looks nice & opaque. Thank you!

    This place is awesome! I love the bling decorations and the people even more! Deb, the owner, is so friendly and personable, I could just hang out and talk to her all day! Everyone is super friendly and they do a fantastic Jon with nails!

They need to provide better directions when you call since when I arrived in the lot - I saw a huge sign that says Aesthetica, but the actual door to enter is around the corner from the sign. I also wish they'd told me to arrive early since there was about 10 minutes of paperwork to complete. The staff was nice. Joanne did my facial and it came with some type of special hand treatment. My pores are usually really clogged, so I'm not sure I felt that there was enough time spent on extractions. I also thought I'd receive an exfoliating mask, but it seemed like a more general cleansing mask. Overall, I think the facial was good and as a first time customer I received a 15% discount. It is not my style to let something like that go as I truly value Ware and how I spend my money. Kyle is the son of the owners and he does a really great job. However, he's very mean, inconsiderate, and never makes me feel like I should feel in a salon. Yesterday after what happened I will never return. He never allows me to select what I want on my nails when colors are different styles are different, etc. I asked a question. He slammed down the nail polish. He threw my hand towards me in a violent manner and told me he wasn't gonna be there all night. I was so upset that I started crying because I was so angry. He said nothing! As I unfortunately sat there, feeling abused and battered, I needed him to finish what he was doing on my nails so I kept my calm and it was very difficult. He never apologized. He just requested my money and that was the end. I understand that you can't get the best from everybody all the time, but you should treat your customers like gold because they are the ones that keep you in business. I have seen him treat other people differently, which leads me to believe that there could be other reasons for his behavior. Not sure if anyone else has been mistreated in this manner, but I am still distraught. I didn't sleep all night. It was difficult for me to calm down because of the way I was treated. This type of abuse will not be tolerated by me ever! If you choose to go there go with caution, the other nail techs are actually really calm, nice and peaceful. I only get my hands done there because the pedicure is always subpar. However, there are plenty of nail salons. Literally on every corner I have a choice. My choice will be to never return to this establishment. Good luck! The physical and mental abuse suffered on October 2 at roughly 7 PM, and over the past couple of years actually; will be with me for a long time. It's unfortunate, that small local businesses don't understand the value of their customers. Sometimes it's cultural, and I do understand cultural sensitivity. This is downright disrespectful!
