I'm always a loyal customer to this place, returning every time I come home from college. Sejal always does a good job, with friendly service and understanding exactly how I want my eyebrows done. Since I'm a loyal customer, I know EXACTLY how much I should be charged. However, the last time I went, she tried to charge me $2 extra because I was using a card and she didn't want to lose profit from the service fees. Wasn't a fan of this. I found this place by chance. After several bad experiences elsewhere, I decided to try threading (I'm a wax girl). Sajel did an amazing job with my eyebrows. They were pretty out of hand when I went to her, so she waxed them and then threaded to shape them. She explained what she was doing and why, she gave me excellent advice on upkeep, and her personality is extremely pleasant, warm, and professional.
