Typically, you can get same day appointments or you can walk-in. The customer service is just ok. I prefer when places eagerly greet you when you arrive and thank you for coming when you leave. They also used to offer a discount card pre-Covid that after a number of stamps on your card you'd get a great discount. Unfortunately, they discontinued that offer. It's not a luxury spa, just a basic spot that gets what you need done pretty quickly.

I have to say, it doesn't look like much from the outside in the strip mall, but once you walk in and meet the people that work there you can see the genuine desire to provide great customer service and quality nail care. I am very picky with my dip manicures and I was hesitant to go anywhere new, but I really loved this experience and my nails look absolutely fantastic almost a week later. The price for a dip manicure was well within normal ranges, on the lower level end actually (~$40) compared to other local places.
