This place is horrible! I got my gel polish removed and just wanted a regular manicure. All they did to remove my gel polish was use the drill to get it off! They didnt soak my nails in anything, they used nothing to moisturize them, and they didnt even cut my nails! My nails were done by some guy named "Tommy" on my receipt. My nails looked as if a 7 year old painted them. The lighting in salon was horrible and I couldnt see that well. They use mini fans instead of nail dryers??? This place has gone to the dogs! I chose this place based on the reviews. My daughter has had a rough time with a medical issue and I wanted to lift her spirits with a mani pedi. I called in asking if we could come in and they gave me a time. We came 5 minutes later (traffic). It was the most rushed service I've ever had. They didn't do an actual mani/pedi for my daughter, they only painted her nails -- no cut down, scrub, lotion, hot towels, ANYTHING--despite me asking, several times. She was done in SEVEN minutes, mani and pedi. For me, when I sat in the chair, I looked at the pedicure menu and she said, "oh we only have time for a regular pedicure," which is supposed to be 30 minutes. I was done in less than 15. My toes are throbbing in pain the next day. Just awful, rushed service. Waste of time and money, big disappointment. The only good thing was the frozen themed children's chair. read more

I am visiting from out of town and needed to get the dipped polish off my nails. I went in for a mani and pedi, but they needed to remove my polish. I never have a hard time getting dipped off, but they soaked my nails in acetone the entire time they did my pedicure. Needless to say, there is nothing left of my nails. I had to cut them all off. Waste of my money. They also had 3 different people work on me as they got busy. The person who did my pedicure wasn't good either. Did not buff out my calluses and was extremely rough. Please go somewhere else. I would never recommend. They have signs posted all over saying that their services cannot be refunded. That should have been a red flag. There shouldn't be a reason why someone would need a refund. If you have signs hanging stating that, that tells me there have been enough people trying to get a refund. How about you provide a better service so that people don't have to complain. read more

He was right. lol. He repaired them and applied liquid gel ... that was all I needed to see. Two hours later I walked out (we talked A LOT) with a full set liquid gel overlay and a superior attitude. Lol. Seriously, this was not only the best manicure and nail service -- it was the best customer service EVER ... and I'm quite old. I walked in on a whim hoping to find a good nail salon after my nail tech quit on me... then I walk into LD Nails and I felt like I was home. Went in for a pedi and a polish. The people were nice and I was greeted right away. The woman doing my pedi recommended a different type of pedi then what I originally picked. She said it was a lot better for 5 dollars more so I said ok. Nothing special though. I get the same thing at another salon and the pedicure process there is longer (which I enjoy) I have good nails so I don't get manis.. Just polish. And it really didn't look good. I paint my nails better then she did. Still an ok place. If you want a quick mani and pedi, they do that for $30 so that's a good deal. Or maybe what kind of service you are interested in getting I have never paid the same amount, yet I always get the same service. A few weeks ago I purchased a groupon. Read the fine print, and it was basic enough that I could use it! As I put my feet in water the tech tells me about a five dollar removal fee. It was upsetting. This is by far the best nail place ever. I have had them do manicures, gel manicures, acrylic nails, gel nails and pedicures - they have all been wonderful! Their waxing services are great as well. The staff here are super nice and they are very accommodating. The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. Spa Massaging chairs are available for every type of pedicure. Although they have lots of special pedicure available, I just tried the new Jelly Pedicure and it was the most amazing pedicure I have ever had in my life. And believe me, I have had hundreds! It was so relaxing and my feet feel completely pampered! It's so worth the money, and I highly recommend this unique pedicure as it is very hard to find. My mom and I had a fantastic experience the first time we came here in November. Mike made us feel very special and gave us a special price on the jelly pedicure. It was great and we promised we'd be back! Our gel manicures lasted a long time as well. We came back last week to get our nails done before Christmas and our experience was quite the opposite. Maybe it was because they were busy but we felt ignored and rushed. My technician was pretty rude and pushy as well. Both of our gel manicures began chipping just 2 DAYS after we had it done. Not only because of my lavender pedicure that I absolutely loved but also because of the care and experience from Journey. He was so pleasant, inspiring and a positive person to talk to. He listened, he spoke wisely. He took his time with my treatment which was what I needed. I'm leaving this nail salon relaxed and happy with gorgeous nails and an amazing outlook for what's ahead. Then she took the pumice stone over my ankle and scratched it. Pedicures are meant to be relaxing and enjoyable, not painful and fearful of infection. Long time customer who will never return! Used to love coming here. Called today and asked if they could squeeze me in and needed to be done at 12:15. I was super stressed because I had to be back at work. The told me they could and then ran more than 5 min late. When I expressed my disappointment the owner (male, it's owned by a couple) yelled at me and told me I was 15 min early which makes no sense. I would have scheduled a different time and it wouldn't have been an issue if they had just told me they couldn't fit me in. A language barrier I suppose. I had the worst experience here. I walked in to the owner screaming at one the employees. It continued for about 10min. When the woman started my pedicure she was shaking trying to cut my nails which made me very nervous. I had scheduled a 50min pearl pedicure and it was 30min. I'm 9mo pregnant and all I wanted was a relaxing moment. The massage was terrible. Then they tried to offer me a $5 giftcard to come back to their hostile environment. I refused.
