She kept getting polish on my skin and needing to wipe it off. When she was almost finished, she went to buff a couple of my nails and it was still wet so got ruined. She "fixed" them, but now, a couple of hours later, they are all messed up from doing things like eating and washing my hands. Chunks of polish came off and there is tacky semi-wet polish that has rubbed into my skin. Now I'm out $40 and can't go back because I'm sitting on a plane.

The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because Andy, who did MY nails, was great. I don't know who did my daughter's nails, but I believe it was one of the managers or even the owner but the experience my daughter had was quite poor. I understand that she had moved around a couple of times and i always tell her to make sure she sits as still as she can but she did move a few times, one for an itch on her leg, once because her feet tickled and the other time it was to turn her IPad off (which ok I get it - that's probably annoying to them and that's why I told her to just put it on the floor) and maybe a little jerk here and there but the guy was very aggressive with her and very rude. He kept sighing at her, he would roll his eyes and he kept saying "quit moving!" In a very rude tone and even threatened to take her IPad from her, which is so unprofessional. Again, I understand both sides but she really wasn't that bad and I'm sorry but if 9 year old children annoy you, find someone else to do their nails. I've taken my daughter to our old location and actually one more place the last two years and nobody has ever been this rude to her or that irritated, nobody. I'm very disappointed and she was highly upset at this interaction that I went to complain but I saw him rush around the corner and she started to get upset and didn't want any confrontation, so we left. This ruined her entire experience and I'm not happy. Again, if you don't have patience to do children's nails, then find someone else to do it if you can't control yourself and your tone. The services itself was what you would expect for basic service. Nothing extraordinary just basic. The prices were reasonable. The pedicure didnt contain anything bur water. No bath salts, fizzy bubbles NOTHING! The nail tech started off by taking her time but as it got closer to closing she began to rush.. Some parts of the service was not consistent. She was going to completely skip the foot massage until I mentioned it. She massaged one foot with oil and the other with lotion. The manicure was wack! It didnt have any thing special in the bowl just warm water and she dropped some.oil in it. I'm use to flower petals, marbles and some kind of creamy cuticle treatment. She left as I was drying, forgetting to put top coat on my nails. I washed my hands too soon and totally ruined the manicure.
