She kept getting polish on my skin and needing to wipe it off. When she was almost finished, she went to buff a couple of my nails and it was still wet so got ruined. She "fixed" them, but now, a couple of hours later, they are all messed up from doing things like eating and washing my hands. Chunks of polish came off and there is tacky semi-wet polish that has rubbed into my skin. Now I'm out $40 and can't go back because I'm sitting on a plane.

They can recreate even the most complicated, unique designs here. But the reason why I truly love this place is because of how long their no chip manicures last. My last one last 4 weeks. Not only that but my nails felt stronger which allowed them to grow to lengths that my nails don't usually get to. The place is a little outdated. It's not the nicest of nail salons that I have been to but it does the job. It's not much of a pampering experience moreso just get in, get it done right and be out. There isn't a huge selection of colors either but there's enough. I went the other day for a pink ombré no chip and I did have to oversee a few details but I still love how they came out. I can't stop staring at them. The only downside is that they last sooo long and I'm super anxious about picking another color out already. So I may go in earlier than I need to. I was looking for a new nail salon for my little and I to go to since traveling downtown to do our…read morenails became quite a nuisance and we stumbled upon this place once before and had a pretty good experience but this time, it was not great and honestly, I am going to look for a new place which is unfortunate because I get my nails done once a month and I'm willing to drive and pay whatever if the place is good. The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because Andy, who did MY nails, was great. I don't know who did my daughter's nails, but I believe it was one of the managers or even the owner but the experience my daughter had was quite poor. I understand that she had moved around a couple of times and i always tell her to make sure she sits as still as she can but she did move a few times, one for an itch on her leg, once because her feet tickled and the other time it was to turn her IPad off (which ok I get it - that's probably annoying to them and that's why I told her to just put it on the floor) and maybe a little jerk here and there but the guy was very aggressive with her and very rude. He kept sighing at her, he would roll his eyes and he kept saying "quit moving!" In a very rude tone and even threatened to take her IPad from her, which is so unprofessional. Again, I understand both sides but she really wasn't that bad and I'm sorry but if 9 year old children annoy you, find someone else to do their nails. I've taken my daughter to our old location and actually one more place the last two years and nobody has ever been this rude to her or that irritated, nobody. I'm very disappointed and she was highly upset at this interaction that I went to complain but I saw him rush around the corner and she started to get upset and didn't want any confrontation, so we left. This ruined her entire experience and I'm not happy. Again, if you don't have patience to do children's nails, then find someone else to do it if you can't control yourself and your tone.
