You better read this review. Don't get your eyebrows tinted her don't do it, and if you do not let the older lady in the shop do them. Don't believe those pictures they are make believe. This was the worse service I have ever received. I can't speak for the threading BUT don't let that older lady give you eye lashes or eyebrows. I should have left the young lady but I though she knew what she was doing, and she don't. Both lashes lasted 3hours. I swear this woman makes up rules as she goes.. I forgot my punch card at home and she told me "don't worry I'll remember you for next time, take a new card"- she punched my new card and I left. I came back a week or so later and she explains "oh we no longer combine punch cards"- so I wasn't able to get a free eyebrow thread. Okay whatever. No big deal. I came in today to finally get my free eyebrow thread and I swear you'd think I stole from this woman. She was CLEARLY upset that I pulled out my punch card to get my free thread. It was soooo uncomfortable. Why even offer the free service?! Never coming back. Word of advice, make your customers feel appreciated for coming enough times to receive a free service! read more

Initially thought it was only a small cut but she cut me in multiple places with skin completely off in one of the spots and still didn't get all the hair. It was painful (not normal) and I didnt bother to get all the hair removed after checking since she already cut me. Avoid this place!! I was looking for a threading salon since none are open yet in Chicago. Based upon an old recommendation, my daughter and I drove over there and it was a total waste of time! The "threader" butchered our brows. Stay away - far, far away from this place! She didn't ask about our shape preference and left me with a small bald spot over my right brow. My skin is burned from the wax being too hot. I asked not to have my forehead done because I thought it was unnecessary and I received a rude comment regarding the amount of hair I have.
