Went to get a wax and tint, asked for light brown for the tint, the shape was great however wen it came to the tint part i feel she left me with it on to long to service another customer and when i first looked when she finished it was to dark for my liking then she rubbed them hard to get more of the tint off and it was burning my skin. Awesome job on my eyebrows!! I got them both waxed and tinted, and I'm absolutely in love with how they look!! Only downside I can say is that they do have one woman who's still training and I personally would NOT feel comfortable having her do my brows considering she still needs step by step guidance. Horrrible! I used to love this place but just had the worst experience. The lady threaded almost an inch off the end of one eyebrow and then had to do it to the other to match.... I had originally asked for lashes too so she started with those before I could just say never mind.... the eyelashes were glued so far above my lash line I took them off. The owner said she would do it again but I was done... so she charged me for the lashes because it was "my choice" to leave.... I'll never be back. read more

They're becoming inconsistent like most places now unfortunately that's what seems to happen, the longer a place is around the more inconsistent they become or the longer a person is around the more inconsistent they get. This place is inconsistent. I always would try to get the same girl because she was the only one that would do a good job on my brows. Their costumer service is usually a toss up and I would go here mostly because it was close to home. They literally try to push a damn gift card on you every time you pay so after coming a couple times I finally caved and got it. They asked for my name and phone number. This was back in February today I walk in and told them I don't have my gift card but can they pull it up in the system with my name and number and the manager said no they can't so that theater there's no way that they asked for my info that they need the number on the paper gift card that they hand you. I explained that I don't have it on me and what if I could pull up my CC statement showing that I got it in February. She kept saying no we don't ask for phone numbers but they did ask me for my info so how come they can't pull it up. I understand that it's my fault but why do they ask for my info if they can't pull it up?! Moral of the story don't buy their gift card or carry with you always.
