Would have given them 5 stars but felt that customer service could have been a little more friendly. For example I initiated all conversation and receive small talk as a response. Also, while putting talcum powder she accidentally shook the bottle too hard and some feel on my hair/face- could have been prevented if she would have instructed me to tilt my face to the opposite side. I will be back for the same services.

If you're nervous about getting a Brazilian or worried about the pain, definitely try Sue. She was very encouraging and sweet and made me feel super comfortable with the entire process. She was so knowledgeable about the different waxes she used depending on different hair textures and walked me through the appointment, which eased a lot of my stress. She kept me occupied the entire time with conversation, which helped with the pain management, and also helped me get to know her, which was awesome! We decided last minute to thread my brows too, and she made them look so much better than I'm used to. I'm so happy to have this gem of a shop so close to me, but honestly, even if she were far from where I live, I wouldn't have a problem making the trek out to her. She's that good. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Sue!
