Went for eyebrow threading and underarm waxing. The person who provide service was quick. Both eyebrows and underarms were done to my liking. Would have given them 5 stars but felt that customer service could have been a little more friendly. For example I initiated all conversation and receive small talk as a response. Also, while putting talcum powder she accidentally shook the bottle too hard and some feel on my hair/face- could have been prevented if she would have instructed me to tilt my face to the opposite side. I wanted by eyebrows threaded ahead of a wedding ceremony I was participating in over the weekend. The place was empty with over an hour left before closing time, so I got in and out pretty quick. It wasn't painful. My brows were cleaned up well. I have been letting them grow in because I like a thicker brow but they threaded them thin so I don't like that but I didn't bring it up before starting so I'll take the blame there. I'd return but I'd definitely request they not thread them thin as that seems to be their standard. read more

Went to have my eyebrows threaded and they have new personnel other than the lady from Lincoln mall. ...should have stopped and turned around and went elsewhere but my brows were in need of a good shaping and i had somewhere to be tomorrow morning so i was kind of pressed. ...now i do have a very natural arch with thickness but somehow she managed to put in a different round arch and one is slightly higher than the other.....wtf! Im so irritated and annoyed cause i cant find a good threader in my area....can someone please recommend someone in the south burbs? When I get a thread I always make it a point to tell them I do not want my eye brows too thin, as my eye brow hairs are thin. So as always I asked the lady. As she was starting, another lady came in and said she was coming back in for a touch up...because low and behold, the lady that was doing my eye brows made hers too thin. That should've been my que, however I let her continue. When she was done, I had no shape to my eyebrows. Before I came in, I had shape, I just needed a clean up. However, she said that if she had given me shape she would have taken too much hair off and they would have been too thin. I never had a problem when they were located in the mall. I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. It was done quickly. Pretty good job. I just feel like the customer service is lacking. I have gone a few times already and do not have the best customer service. I've asked specifically to wait for one lady before, and that seems to upset one of the ladies. Hate to leave a urmi salon this review but they have officially lost a customer. Today I went in to get my eyebrows done after growing them out since the end of june. Before she started i told her make sure you keep them thick. My eyebrows are very grown out. I go to the same girl every time. I believe her name is Kanja. Soon as you walk in to the right is her usual booth. After shes done with my brows the shape is completely different and they dont look fresh at all. Im upset about my brows and she says "someone else did this to your brows" after repeatedly telling her no one does my brows besides you she then blames ME. Says that i messed up my brows.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I dont do anything to my brows. She keeps saying "this isn't her work this isnt her work." Then her three other coworkers begin to speak in another language. Probably because she knows she fucked up. This isn't the first time someone here messed up my brows when the first opened up i allowed a girl to do mine she messed them up so bad that another lady kia had to step in they had to give me the service free because she fucked up so bad .kia did my brows untill he noo longer worked at this locations, so i started going to kanja. I will NEVER be back and i told so many people about this place i cant wait to tell them also to never go back. If i could give this place no stars i would ! read more

I liked my brows but the customer service was terrible. No one said hello or good bye. The service was quick but very impersonal.

There is never a wait here and they always work very fast when they get you in the chair. There prices aren't bad neither.

I use to go to the mall when they where located inside. I should have went some where else when I came to there new location because I did not recognize anyone. This is the second time they mess up my eye brow. I will not be back. read more
