Didn't wait long at all I didn't even have a chance to sit down! Service & environment: The lady at the front desk was nice and knowledgeable and went over the late process and asked a few questions. Service: I can't think of the lady that serviced me but she was nice. This is the first time I ever had anything done to my brows and we went over what I like...easy! She shaped my brows good but next thing I heard was: I NEED TO GET MY MANAGER I think something went wrong. She came back and tried to clean it up after applying tint but just wasn't right. My eyes and skin are so irritated and burning but I didn't know what to expect either.

I booked an eyebrow threading & lip wax with Shay. She was SO sweet & took her time! She even gave me a very relaxing facial gua sha massage & put me on to their vegan brow gel that made my eyebrows almost looked laminated in itself! I will definitely be a regular customer now! The lounge was very neat & had so much cute items to look at/purchase, I will be definitely be buying more next appointment! The reviews & pictures of their brow services are what mainly sold me to come here as well & I was not disappointed. On a side note, they had parking in the front & back of the lounge as well, which was a plus.
