Service: I can't think of the lady that serviced me but she was nice. This is the first time I ever had anything done to my brows and we went over what I like...easy! She shaped my brows good but next thing I heard was: I NEED TO GET MY MANAGER I think something went wrong. She came back and tried to clean it up after applying tint but just wasn't right. My eyes and skin are so irritated and burning but I didn't know what to expect either.

If you ask for a cleanup, she leaves too much hair and doesn't really give you the clean crisp look that threading typically gives. Also, she's kind of rough lol. She will push your head in the direction she wants it to move while completing the service. She's a nice lady overall, but I've had better brow services at other threading establishments.
