While it's not a huge difference, there was no explanation for the extra charge, and the posted prices weren't accurate. Because of this, I won't be returning or recommending the place. The quality was okay--the haircut was nice, and she trimmed my split ends as requested, but the blowout wasn't great since my hair was still damp at the roots. Once I stepped outside, my hair curled up and looked bad, so I had to redo it at home. She was able to do both without making my hair look like I had 3 little strands of hair at the ends and a lions mane! (Girls with thick heavy hair understand, lol). If I had more time I would have complained but I decided to come in the next week. Today I am here after a week and asked for a manicure and to file down the nail to make it less thick. My nails got minimally filed down from the top and maximum from the sides which in my opinion looks disgusting and unnatural. I informed her that I didn't like the end effect and asked for them to be removed and told her I would pay for this. She refused to do this. She said she doesn't have time so I left.
