It was totally worth the frustration to get to her. When I arrived she was wrapping up with another client, she asked me to take a seat while she dis-infected the room and changed the linen. I was running behind as usual and expressed to her that I had a hard stop at 2 pm to take a work call, which she honored. I also, appreciate that as a newbie I am not sure what my skin needs and does not. I thought that I had "acne" but after her quick assessment, she recommended that I try the Bentley when I come back but on this day she introduced me to Dermaplaning which was a really interesting experience combined with a super relaxing facial. I left with my face not only feeling really clean but light and glowy! I will be back on a bi-weekly basis just to maintain, and to try out different facial services offered but something tells me "The Bentley" will end up being my favorite. Thanks, Ryan, you rock!
