I find the facials very thorough and relaxing, with neck/shoulder massages to start and finish. Others have commented on the layout not being private rooms. This doesn't bother me - I go for the benefits of the services more than the atmosphere. It hasn't been very noisy the times I've been there, even with multiple clients. One thing I appreciate is that even though they always recommend products, they don't pressure you to buy them. The front desk staff has always been great, especially when I stopped by before I booked my first facial to ask some questions. She carefully lifted and tinted being careful with what I have and I am thrilled with the results. The person who made the appointment for me was great and sent me a picture of the outside noting there had been some confusion with a place nearby. I will say Google Maps sent me down the wrong street (though visiting, I know my way around) so make sure you look at the names and addresses on the store front.
