She had short brown hair, and let me tell you she was beyond fabulous. She took her time, and was very thorough with the process. She also helped me relax, and put me at ease. They also provide little discounts through Belly if you go there frequent enough. They do use the strips and not the hard wax...which in my opinion is a hell of a lot better than the hard wax.
