So, I went to get a fill in and 1 nail fixed and I was charged 68 bucks by the tech for a FILL IN. This place overcharges and uses Covid as an excuse as to why their prices are so high. When I went to a different salon and got a full set with my daughters mani and pedi for $75. $68 for a fill in? Can you imagine how much a full set is? And the design the gentleman did was sloppy. My nails feel lumpy for the gel applied. Overall HORRIBLE experience. I will never step foot in this nail salon again.

Love the designs!!! They are so talented at what they do. My favorite nails place in Chicago. They even give out gift for Xmas & raffle for their anniversary.

I think I found my new nail salon people! Needed an emergency pedicure before I left for vacation and I remembered that a friend of mine that lived in the area suggested Vegas Nails. She said they always do a good job on her no-chip mani. So I decided to check them out. The inside is nicely lit, clean, and very spacious. I like how their ceilings are painted to look like the sky, just like at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Hence the name, Vegas Nails? I was instantly greeted when I got in and asked what service I needed done. I also like how they have a sign in sheet so no one can cut in line. The man that did my pedi was very friendly and polite and did a great job on my "winter feet". Now I can expose these bad boys without cringing lol. He did a great job on cleaning the cuticles, buffing out the heel, and massaging. It seemed everyone there was very friendly as all the clients seemed well entertained by whoever was servicing them. I like how everyone that worked there was mostly men. With my nail salon experiences, men are usually the ones that do a better job. I'll definitely be coming back here again. I also like how they have their own parking lot. ***tips can only be paid in cash...FYI

Horrible experience, the man doing my nails was so rough and and rushing. I communicated to him that he was hurting me and he laughed, he didn't tell me to wash my hands and didn't apply cuticle oil leaving my nails so crusty. I showed him a picture of a square French tip and he gave me coffin which is why I had to tell him to paint them clear instead. He sits next to the register do not let him do your nails.

Went Sunday December 23 got there ten minutes before opening. As soon as they open like 8 girls walked in. Very busy morning they had. Nick took care of me he was so sweet and I loved how he did my nails. He also gave me a xmas gift that was so sweet. I didn't give this place 5 stars because I didn't get a hand massage or get my cuticles done. It's walking distance from me I will definitely be back here. I paid $43

They are not profesional at all. I was there for a pedicure and manicur, they asign me to a guy that did nothing, well yeah he wash my feet. Also he was going to do the manicure and I told him, look I am not happy with my pedicure, I told you few times to do it right and you didn't do it. well you are not doing my manicur. He got upset and almos make me fall pushing the chair. I went to the front lady, explain what happened and she said she didn't see anything wrong. Another lady came and star talking to her and she did my man. try to fixed my pedi but it enderup a total mess. and I pay 75 dollars. I do not recomend this place. do not loose your money in a unprofessional place.

This place sucks first and last time.how do you just slap some fake nails on someone and xharge$40.did not cut my cuticles.paint is crooked and doesn't go up to cuticles and when I asked about this we xharge extra for that and we have to leave a space between the cuticles really never ever again and to think if they would have done a good job they would have got a big tip don't go here they suck

I went to this nail shop for the first time about 2 weeks ago because it's extremely close to my house. Danny was amazing, honestly the best nails I have had. He was gentle, asked me exactly what I liked, gave me suggestions, out my hands into the little machine for my no-chip. 2 weeks later my nails were still shiny, all in tact, no lifting and no chips. I only went today simply because my nails were grown out and I wanted a fresh set for my upcoming vacation. However I went in today and the nail tech, who was a male, didn't give me his name. He had an aggressive technique as a nail tech and didn't say a word. Very stand offish. He couldn't give me square shape which I previously had even after I told him I didn't like the shape he gave me. Fortunately I will continue coming to this place for Danny and I will call in advance to make sure he is there. Honestly I suppose I had the same expectations. My nails aren't the worst I've had however the nail tech can definitely work on his neatness and train on how to properly seal a no chip polish. I have attached a pic of Danny's work as well as the other nail tech.

The customer service at this place is terrible. They are literally ONLY about money. My stepmom went to this location a few weeks ago. She went to the hispanic lady twice before, and the lady messed up her nails. She kindly requested another person because she wasnt satisfied with the outcome the two times they had sat her with the hispanic lady. My stepmom explained that she would wait for someone else. The lady that was assigning customers to the nail techs said she could not sit with anyone else. That she HAD to sit with the hispanic lady. A few weeks later (being today) my sister walked in and the owner was so rude to her. Unfortunately, my sister no longer wanted her nails done. The owner charged her $20 to remove her nails, which was understandable even tho she decided not to get her nails done because he was being extremely rude and extremely rough. My niece was already getting her nails done so she still had to wait. A lady walked up to us and she apologized on the owners behalf, which she referred to as her brother. Her apology was followed with thats just his demeanor. She assured my sister that someone else can do her nails. My sister showed the nail tech what she wanted. She was mindful that it may not come out exactly how the picture was. However, not only did she not get close to what she asked for, the colors werent the same and there was still acrylic on her actual skin. When she expressed her frustration to the lady that sat her there, the ladys response was well what do you want us to do. That it wasnt her fault my sister couldnt wait to get them fixed AFTER she was at the shop for over three and a half hours! We will never be going there again. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

I've been here so many times and this is the first time I came out so unhappy. Logan did my feet and I love him! The problem I had was with the guy who did my nails. He was sitting on the first chair next to the receptionist. I believe he's the owner. Not sure, he was wearing a black hat and stripped long sleeve button up. I had a light pink color and asked for a French tip and he immediately said "it's not going to work, it's too light". You can do a French tip with any color. He was just too lazy. He doesn't even give me an alternative color or anything. He starts doing my nails and I notice he's using a USED file on me. Also after doing my acrylics he swirls the same brush he used to apply my acrylics into the monomer bottle. Disgusting. Not to mention how rough he was with filing and just handling my hands/fingers in general. When it came time to color my nails he looked at the polish and said "you want frenchies with this color? Not going to work" and I told him to just paint the whole nail because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Horrible service and so unsanitary! If you come here just ask for Logan he's the best one there in my opinion and he is so caring and nice.

Rude af, nail techs were not cooperating with what we wanted, I showed him picture of what I wanted, told me late that he couldn't do what I wanted. Over charges, didn't consider our opinion. Like what????? read more

So my wife went to Vegas nails today and was very upset with her nails, the service and pricing. 1. She was dissatisfied with the shape of her nails. While receiving her fill in she was informed about a new $8 fee for shaping of nails. She says that the nail shaping has always varied from customer to customer and has never been an addtl' charge. My Wife had thousands of manicures and has never heard of this practice. She had patronized Vegas nails twice before this year and was never charged for this service. 2. After being told that there was an additional $8 charge to have her nail shaped into the "coffin" shape she refused to pay an addtl' fee to have her nails slightly narrowed in on the sides. At that point her nail technician "Brendan" became very aggressive with her hands while finishing her nails. He also informed her that there would be an addtl' $5 charge for the color which she had picked out prior to the filing situation and was not told there was an addtl' fee at that time. In closing, Vegas Nails used to be a decent place to get your nails done. After today's terrible experience, my Wife will not be returning to Vegas Nails in the future. There are far better establishments to patronize that are happy to receive your business. Please avoid Vegas Nails. Especially the Nail Technician Brandon. (Brandon is a short, bald, mustachioed, Angry Asian Male who always wears a black T-shirt and Black jeans.) read more

Front employee not so kind but the people who take care of the clients are actually nice. They make conversation and make you feel comfortable. The work from pedicure to fill in was all great experience. Pedicure was not rough the gentleman who did the work took his time with cleaning cutting and painting the nails. The man who did the fill in didn't cut me and the nails didn't leave a sight of brush stroke. I'm definitely going back. Parking lot INSANE ! read more

Vegas nails is an amazing nail salon! I been coming here for as long as I can remember! They are all friendly & super efficient! Not to mention they have a great selection of colors! If you're looking for someone who shapes amazing and is detail oriented with designs DANNY is the absolute best! They all do a great job but he is my go too nail tech! He always outdoes him self and I definitely recommend him and this nail salon to everyone I know! read more

First time here getting a pedicure. Simple regular pedicure, you can't fuck it up right? Wrong, this kid found a way. I had no chip on my toes and instead of soaking them off with acetone he went straight in to file my nail off. Didn't soak my feet first he started shaping my nails dry and soaked my feet after. There was no type of energy, so lazy, if you're having a rough day just take the day off instead of giving people shitting service. The massage- non existent, it was just rubbing lotion and he couldn't even do that he had to wipe the rest off with the hot towel. Best of all, he's painting my nails and his phone rings and decides it's a good idea to ANSWER IT. Like I said it's my first here so maybe it was just my lucky to get stuck with this gem. If i do go back i will request a different person. read more

This was one of the worst experiences of my life they had no clue what they were doing talking about my nails look horrible I have been a nail technician since 1992 and I never wasted money like I did today the stickers are already coming off then they don't even know correct business etiquettes ignorant beyond belief!!! Went in today as a walk in, i went off the reviews and one of the photos. I didn't have to wait to long and the guy who did my nails is a fucking genius. My nails look so bomb. FYI I did the ombré nail powder on my natural nails. I'm not a fan of acrylic, so this totally made my day. Thank you! Please go get your nails done here, go early and avoid weekends. read more

This is what I wanted and this is what I got.. they charged me $90 for this set and it's honestly the worst set I've ever gotten. I asked the guy multiple times to fix it and he didn't listen!! I looove Vegas nails! I have been coming here for about 2 years now and am always satisfied with the work of the nail techs Brandon in particular is my go to person. I find the full set very long lasting and durable my nails don't break very easily and in my profession in the construction Industry its a plus !! Stop by and check them out with a large variety of nail polishes to choose from you won't go wrong. read more

I really wanted to like this place. But there were multiple things that will keep me from coming back. For one, the receptionist was rude. I was looking at no chip polishes and she scurried me away. Had I been "allowed" to look, maybe I would have gotten a no chip pedi. The color selection she did allow me to look at, just sucked & was pretty disorganized compared to how they had their no chip displayed. Cleanliness- I didn't see a new tool used on my feet not even once. My big toe has been hurting since and I really hope it's not an infection on the rise And overall, my feet feel more rough than when I got there. I had just gotten a spa pedi on vacation and wanted to maintain it, but my feet don't feel silky smooth at all anymore, as they started to remove the dead skin but clearly didn't finish. read more

i had a nail tech venus do my nails and let me tell u she understood the assignment!!! she was so nice and professional she even offered another customers kid her charger so the kid could stay entertained! loved my nails so much ! i was so pleased with the quality and in love wit my shape ! read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon for quite some time now. I use to go to happy nails and I would acrylics done religiously. They were great at first and then their service started falling out. So I decided to check out this place and I saw Alex name mentioned on yelp and literally it was the best move I made. Alex is literally amazing he took his time to shape my nails and literally did a PHENOMENAL job. Literally I got nothing but compliments on my nails. You should definitely see Alex. read more

I have been here twice. First time was okay I had a lady do my nails. I felt like she was rushing me (for no reason) to really decide what I wanted. She was not very helpful at suggestions either. Second time I came I had a male nail tech. He was awesome! Very helpful and funny! I ended up changing my nail color because he suggested something else which I loved!! He did a great job shaping my nails as well. I received many compliments on my nails. read more

I ve been coming here for years and the level of poor customer service, bad- angry attitudes and finessing of prices has increased drastically. Went in for a no chip and asked for tips. The nail tech was not able to do them so he asked 2 of his lady co workers and they got upset and refused with an attitude. They spoke in vietnamese thinking that noone understands their language and I happen to be a Linguist. They were rude and inconsiderate of customer requests. I NEVER right negative reviews unless it is necessary. I left and did not receive the no chip service I wanted, just took off their crappy nail polish and he still charged me 8.00 for removal. I checked out the guidelines for proper hygiene and this place is not up to Par. Tools, brushes and pedicures tubs BEWARE LADIES! Needless to say, they lost another customer all do to the unprofessional and rude techs they have at this shop. In closing, Vegas Nails used to be a decent place to get your nails done. After today's terrible experience, I will not be returning to Vegas Nails in the future. There are far better establishments to patronize that are happy to receive your business. Please avoid Vegas Nails. Especially the Nail Technician Tuti and young dark boy that works there. ANGER, RUDENESS, POOR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND OVERLY PRICED IS AN EQUATION FOR FAILURE!! read more

Been coming here for years and never had a problem and now that I for the first time I wasn't happy with my pedicure service they were in denial saying I should've said something in the middle of the service, I shouldn't be having to tell people how to do their jobs. I was not asking for too much besides a small discount, really pissed off despite the loyalty I been having in this salon and couldn't accommodate with what I asked. read more

Wanted to like this place just because they were very fast and Efficient. However after my last visit, I will no longer be getting my nails done here. I got my nails done on Thursday for my birthday and I got them a little bit longer than usual, however I wasn't so happy that I had to come back because one nail broke the next day. When your spending almost 70 dollars on nails you would expect them to last. So I came back to fix it, and the manager got very rude and disrespectful with me. He told me I shouldn't be getting them this long and embarrassed me in front of all the other customers. On top of it wanted to charge me ten dollars for the nail. Horrible customer service, how long I get my nails is my decision. The owner made me feel really uncomfortable. I guess I will be spending my money elsewhere read more

Went in here because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. Had them remove a bad set that was too outgrown then put a new gel set on, reshape the nails and do a no chip, it was $45, great price. The woman who did my nails took a bit long but was a perfectionist and it shows, I went out that night and got instant praise for my nails! read more

I'm super over it, I don't have time to drive the 30 min to re do them again. I'm going on vacation with chipped nails which is annoying as heck! I'm pretty sure it's the techs technique because I've done my nails many times, at one point for a few years straight and never had this issue. Disappointed to say the least! She wrapped up and went over for her manicure, I was sitting with feet in cold water. At this time, I asked somebody to start prepping my removal of my acrylics just to get some sort of ball rolling. wasn't a lot of organization or understanding of how I would be serviced. When my toes started, my nails were being wrapped up. After my toes were done, I needed the acrylic still removed and sat another 15 minutes waiting. Absolutely understaffing issue I am not complaining however, if I was told this explained the situation, I could've made a better choice for my day. I spent three hours in there. I'm assuming due to timing and understaffing that our services role so lackluster, my friend received no massage on her legs during her upgraded pedicure, I even inquired, and the gentleman responded back that he did do one, except I watched the whole thing. My massage was nothing more than slathering my legs up and rinsing them off. Nails had some issues, I got a dip and the tips were filed down thin and are a little dull. Friend's regular polish was not fonoshed around the full edges of her nails. I don't have pictures so take that as you wish. She also applied her own motion to legs and hands. NO arguments, offensive moments, but just lackluster customer service and mid level quality. When paying the bill, it included a five dollar off charge, and I did ask for that to be removed for the inconveniences. It was.

Im New to this Area and need to find a good Nails Salon. Searching from Yelp (Vegas Nails) got the most highest review and i decide to try them out. I went there Friday afternoon for a Pedi&Non-chip manicure. they were busy which means they good at what they r doing? Well I waited about 15mins finally my name got called so not bad at all. I'm so excited The pregnancy woman who was taking care of me. Pedicure was so okay but I kind of disappointed with my Nonchip manicure she suppose to used the Machine to run over my cuticle before soak my hands in the water and finished cutting my cuticles less than 5mins? and 2days later my polish staring to chips :((( definitely will not going back for her. I went to Vegas Nails for the 1st time and fell in love this place! I got a full-set no chip Mani, and the nail tech did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure the length/shape of the nails I wanted were perfect. For my 1st time, I was very impressed with the abundant nail color selection, the cleanliness, and the professionalism at this nail salon. This hidden gem is amazing! Friendly professional manicurists, comfortable spa chairs, clean updated salon, large variety of polishes to choose from! They even have over 250 colors for no chip!!!!
