There is one little disappointment I had but it wasn't a huge deal so I still give 5 stars. My only disappointment: I booked them via Instagram after seeing mutuals post about them. I sent them multiple reference pictures to inquire about the price and I settled with the muted dull rose design I included in the pictures down below. They confirmed with me and I booked the appointment. When I sent them the pic, I was hoping to get a close match. The tech asked me to choose a color from their collection but I thought they would choose it for me to get the same color as the reference picture I sent prior to appointment. I was expecting the tech to help me since they knew the colors they had available. Either way, I asked my nail tech to help me get an appropriate color because I didn't see any that I thought was a good match. He choose it while looking at the picture but it turned out too purple. I was too timid and nervous to voice it so I went with it. The purple was a bit too flashy and not muted as I wanted. The other nail tech by him also said the color was wrong when he applied it to my nails but he said I was the one to choose the color , which was untrue, I just said okay to his recommendation since he knew I wanted the nails from the picture I showed. That was the only part I had a slight issue with but everything else was amazing. They had really pretty and quality nail gems! The nail tech had good skills and shaped my nails well. The prep was minimal but efficient. The salon had a good atmosphere and vibe was good as it was really bright and clean. I felt welcomed and attended to. They made sure to take care of me right away. I only had to wait about 10mins when I walked in since they were finishing someone else up. I got a guy nail tech but I was looking at the other female nail techs' works on other clients and I liked them a lot so I think next time, I'll specifically request one of the female nail techs. They seems very detail-oriented and made sure the clients were truly happy with what they got. I liked my nail tech too but I think he didn't pay as much attention to what I wanted as the other techs to their clients. My nail tech was nice and had good attitude! I would go back again. Really nice salon and they offer brow waxing and lash extensions too!! Price: it was definitely pricey (yes I had an estimate prior so I went in knowing about how much I was gonna pay) and no cash discount (which is completely fine!) but I do think it was justified with the extension, the length, the ombré, and the gems. It is considered full design. Good quality work!

I'm a cuticle biter/picker, therefore my cuticles are always damaged and I'm slightly self-conscious of it - and it never fails that a nail tech always comments on them. Well Liz did not, and it was such a relief that she didn't even do a double take or switch up her tone. She remained bubbly and made me feel very comfortable and accepted. I will definitely become a regular here.

This was my first time getting my nails done here and I can honestly say it will not be my last! From the getgo the staff was friendly and attentive to my sister and I. Upon arriving we were quickly taken care of and were offered refreshments as well as informed of the specials that were currently going on. The staff was extremely patient while I browsed their selection of colors and even helped me pick one which happened to be part of their cat eye section. My nails ended up being a color and shape that I had never tried, but I can honestly say that I fell in love with it. My first time their and originally I was going to get just a regular mani and pedi. The young lady explained to me that the no-chip mani would be better cause it lasts longer and worth what you pay. So I went for it. I loved the level of professionalism they have and they didn't rush to do my nails like other places tend to do. The young lady even engaged in conversation and tried to get to know me! I loved how she explained their rewards program to me as well. I've been to other places that don't even bother. I have only gone to this nail salon once and I loved it . The nail tech was very nice and she was very concentrated and focused on my nails (which turned out great) I play volleyball at school and usually my nails would always break once my nails came in contact with the ball. But I was surprised to see that after three games my nails did not break and we're not even chipped. Today was my first time at perfect nails and I am glad I found it on Yelp. I came in because I was experiencing a lot of pain do to a ingrown toe nail. Summer did my pedicure and she was amazing very patient and made sure I left feeling so much better. She also did my eyebrows and I love them. The nail salon is very clean and prices are very cheap. The ladies were nice but I was looking for more of a relaxing, spa experience. This is not that type of salon. The music was not what I consider relaxing and it was a little too loud. The girl who did my pedicure was super sweet, but she didn't seem like she was experienced and pedicures so I assume she may be a little new. I understand that she has to get her footing, but when pedicures are $50, I really want someone who can give me a good and thorough job. They charge $10 to remove my no chip pedicure that I had on from another salon, however, they don't soak it off as they should. She used a drill to remove it. I didn't love that either. For people who don't mind more of an upbeat environment, this may be a good place to go.
