I requested to have the person at the front to come and assist with the translation because the paraffin was not being placed correctly through my heel, but the lady just ignored me. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit on Saturday, Tracy was unavailable, and another technician attempted to do my nails. The woman who did my nails her name was Jenny. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if that's how she is all the time, but she's not very friendly. I wanted to get a no chip fill in. One thing I noticed is, she does not sanitize her tools after each person. She was rough doing my fill in, actually made my finger bleed at one point. She was very rushed, it just felt like she was trying to get me out of there. Never once was I able to wash my hands like other salons have me do. When it was time to start the nail polish, I chose number 405, which is purple with glitter. She started putting it on my hands, I asked for a purple basecoat, that way you can really see the glitter, and she basically ignored me, said my polish would get darker. She did such a terrible job at painting my nails, that I could literally see the fake nail still, because she wasn't putting the right amount of nail polish on. She kept refusing to do a basecoat, so I basically just had this very light purple glitter on my nails, that you could barely see. No matter how many times I asked her to fix it, she just wasn't getting it right. Then when she finally finished my nails, I thought it was weird that she took a nail file and started filing AFTER the polish was on. That ended up messing the polish up even more. She didn't clean my cuticles or anything. Just awful! Very sloppy and rushed. I went to the desk to pay $31, so the guy at the desk was very friendly, he asked me if I liked my nails. I told him I honestly did not, so he's asked if I wanted her to fix them, I wanted them to be fixed but not by her. There was no way this lady was going to waste anymore of my time, and not to mention she already started on somebody else and they were pretty busy. read more

I used to come here regularly for my mani-pedi because I find their prices to be reasonable. However, their no chip polish does not last more than a week and if my lucky it will last two weeks the most. Lately, I've had issues with most of the staff there who purposely paint above the cuticle so that customers return quicker to get their nails done again. Even after informing the staff to paint lower, they pretend to fix them (with an attitude) but in reality they do not actually paint the nail completely. I have very strong nails naturally and after having my nails done there, my nails were almost paper thin. I will not be retuning here again and I would much rather pay more elsewhere and not jeopardize the thickness of my natural nails. read more

I took one star off because there was a customer who came in and was disruptive for a while. She/IT came in yelling and it was hardly 10:30am. It was too early for that bs. The customer was nagging like a rabid dog while the owner tried to ask her politely what happened and she wanted to have a free service because "she already paid $100+" and needed them to "do it right this time". ... normal polish chips if not taken care of... people should use their brains. After she started yelling, the owner gave her the same energy and raised her voice a bit back in which she replied even louder. As the conversation progressed, the volume increased to the point where I could barely even hear the nail drill. When I come to get my nails done, I like a peaceful environment. I wished the owner was more assertive kicking her out; kick those imbeciles out sooner and more forcefully. A customer like that doesn't just disturb the owner and employees but the other ACTUAL paying customers there as well. She was practically nagging throughout my whole service, threatening to call the better business bureau. I understand the shop has no control over stupid people like her who mistreat her normal polish, fully knowing it's not no-chip polish, during vacation. I think the owner needs to be sure to boot idiots like her out right after she starts yelling-- not arguing back with her. It's stressful to hear yelling throughout my service. The music they play is nice, I wish I could actually hear it instead next time. This is how I left their shop. I asked for a gel French tip full set and after shaping, I asked why she didn't cut the skin around the cuticles. She said that wasn't included in a gel full set. I said it looks really rough without the cuticles with a new full set and they should tell new clients this as it's not normal. After I paid the extra $10 to get the cuticles clipped, she didn't fill in the space between the nail and the cuticles so it looked really grown out. I asked her why she didn't fix it. "Your toe nails are not dry yet." I thought well any other salon I go to, takes my card and swipes and then brings me the receipt so I can sign. So I got up and walked over to give my card and walked back to the drying station. All of a sudden he walks over and slams the pen in my face and leaves the receipt there. 3. I only rcvd a pedicure. And my 7yr old with soft feet, no callus' got a pedicure. I even asked them not to shave or scrub her feet. So all they did was soak her feet, massage her feet and calf's and paint her toes. Oh and the polish for her hands that I wasn't told would cost extra but whatever. 4. My charge was $50!!! WTF! For that!? They charged my 7yr olds pedí, the nail polish for her that I didn't ask for and of course my pedicure. Then a card fee that WAS NOT DISCLOSED before my services! I said to him "Wow, $50? Why?" He said "It's on ur receipt!" And walked away! Like what a dick!!! When I mention only the polish & that the nail tech never responded to my question or advised me of a price - this man has the audacity to tell me he can REMOVE her polish and then remove the charge. WOW!! All I did was bring something to your attention and that's your response!? How about apologizing for the fact that ur nail tech said nothing to me about price and educate her on what to do moving forward, instead of being an arrogant asshole! Waking in everything was nice, new, clean, beautiful decor, just what I've been looking for! Normally I would be the type to go in on a weekend but my work schedule allowed me to go on a Wednesday afternoon which I know will never happen again. So for a Wednesday afternoon I had a great visit, they took me right away, Sarah opened the tools in front of me, they use the plastic bag in the pedicure bowl. She was gentle and nice. I splurged on a no chip mani also and as of 1 hour later I'm happy with it. This is my 2nd no chip ever so I will see how it lasts.
