Tuesday special spa-pedicure for $17. Although today is Saturday it's good for my mom to come in early so that it doesn't get too busy. It is pretty spacious and quite a few nail techs so we don't have to wait so long as in most places. The color selection is good too and most of the polishes are not "old" and you can tell he quality is good. Of course like most places, you will have to listen to yammering away in other languages, but me being Latin I can relate to this since I do this all the time with my coworkers (ain't no body got time for dat') on other words, deal with it. It's not a bad thing but you know someone is say of something against someone but you just bare and grin like "girls stop playing!" Located on the corner of the lot this is really easy and convenient, with an ample parking lot and a few places on the area to shop at, perfect! read more

I have no idea why people are writing bad reviews. I have been coming to imperial nails for 10 years now. I have never seen one roach and I am happy with their sanitation process especially during the current pandemic. Mike the owner has gone above and beyond to build barriers so that customers are not in direct contact with the nail technicians, and they are doing everything to ensure the safety of their employees and all of their customers. I drive 30 minutes to come to imperial nails because the quality and perfection I receive every single time I get any services. I do have my favorite nail technicians like for acrylics Tom Tina and Mike, or for pedicure I usually see Julie and Dan. However, if none of my favorites are there I am just as happy with going with the other employees because they are all experienced and do a great job. I have tried to venture out and try new nail salons closer to my house but I am never satisfied and I always go back to imperial nails. The prices are fair the staff have always been very nice to me. I have never once been disappointed in the 10 years I've been a customer at imperial nails and I will keep coming to this nail spa forever! read more

I have been a customer of theirs for years since I was 17 - and they've always been really professional with me. I wished they had more options and more skill in complicated designs - I definitely challenge them and I'm always pleasantly surprised. Now it's not perfect but the nails do come out cute. Over the years I notice that they get better at what they do. I personally don't relate to the negative reviews. read more

Julie is amazing! Both locations are cool but I prefer the Hometown location over the Pulaski location because it's bigger. If you want a good and inexpensive pedi this is the place. I like a good local salon! The sea salt scrub is amazing! I like the staff always takes their time. I'd probably only get a pedi here but it's worth the cost. read more

The service here is awful and it is very unsanitary. Their pedicures are mediocre I still had dry skin and my toes look like I painted them myself at home. Also, I had my eyebrows done and they are not the same they are awful. read more

Don't waste your money or your time. I've gone here twice. I live practically across the street! I get an acrylic fill in, and every time my nails break. They must be using a cheap brand of acrylic, because they break doing everyday activities, like doing the laundry, and preparing a meal! And don't let them do a pedicure on you!! They use the same tools on everyone!! And they barely clean the bowls between clients. I am a diabetic, and I specifically told the guy not to dig, because I didn't want to bleed, and get an infection. He did anyway, and then used super glue to stop the bleeding! I wound up getting an infection in my toe. I will not go back there, no matter how convenient they are to my house!! read more

POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are not open to new customers. Your reoccurring customer revealed your pettiness to service new clients. Your shop states that it opens at 10am. You were late!!! My daughter and I attempted to get nail service. We arrived at 9:55am. We got out of the car and waited in front of the entry door. When we formed a line, other clients were getting out of the car to form in line so I thought. Until CADDY A$& women started a conversation about the owner will go by who arrived first, he's going to ask us. Business Owner, that's poor service!!! You weren't even there to witness when people pulled up and how long they may have been waiting in their cars. How would you know if they were being truthful. Shameful. When the owners arrived, they opened the second entry door instead of where I was standing. I will never recommend this shop!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SHOP!!! Take some lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE THE PUBLIC NOT JUST FAVORITES!!! But then again, it's your shop, do what you will! I hope no one else has to experience your RUDENESS!!! read more

Very clean place but they products polish and lights are horrible... My clear has chipped 2 times in a week.

Stopped by this location knowing that it had the same owner as the shop on 8th & Pulaski. Was ver disappointed in the way customers were treated by the technicians. Noticed that if the customer asked for a particular technicians and the tech was busy, none of the others wanted to work on the customer. They instead spoke Korean, thinking nobody understood them, saying rude things about the customer. The customer understood, got up and walked right out the door. I should have followed her because I got the expensive gel polish manicure that is suppose to last 14 days and messed up in a day. Feel cheated! read more

I agree with shay. I walked in here yesterday and one of the older ladies started working on my nails. She was rude right off the bat! When I was talking to my girls and laughing she scorned me saying "don't move!" I just think there are better ways to talk to a customer & it all comes down to the way you say things and the tone you use. I got acrylic and when she finished filing my nails I noticed one of them was crooked and I asked her to fix it & she tried to tell me that everyone's natural nails are crooked & kept saying "what are you talking about!? It looks fine!" So instead of pleasing the customer, now she was being SUPER rude! I had to call my friend over in front of the whole salon so she can explain to her how we can both see the nail was clearly messed up. When she finally decided to fix it she was murmuring in her native language, upset that she had to actually do her job & bad mouthing us to her coworkers most likely. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not obligated to like my nails if they didn't come out the way I asked, so she has no reason to get upset if a customer wants something fixed or is Unsatisfied. In fact, it should be their priority to make sure we leave satisfied!! This really upset me and I will NEVER come to this place again for their really bad service and inability to do nails. read more

I went in yesterday and the service was horrible. The guy didn't even take his time on my nails, he literally finished in 10 minutes. It was also my friends first time there and first time getting her nails done. The lady that did her nails was so rude and made her feel very uncomfortable. One of my friends nails was crooked and the lady was being very rude about it saying that it was her finger. After that another one of my friends nails was dented so she asked a different lady to file it a bit more and when she finished she started talking about us in her language. I will never go there again. They should be making their customers happy and pleased, not losing customers. read more
