She was detailed and took her time and my nails looked absolutely perfect. The pricing is very reasonable for an e-file manicure. A couple weeks later I was bit by a dog, causing a nasty chip through the hard gel. I went in for a repair and was done in just a few minutes. They even rebuilt the nail to match the length of the rest of the set, so it looks as though the break never happened and all of my nails still match perfectly. Mon Cheri is a cozy studio with manicure stations on one side and pedicure stations on the other. Popular/top 40's tunes are playing in the background at a comfortable volume, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Be sure to try the complimentary french chocolate and coffee!

My daughter had beautiful long hair which took her years of growing it out, all I wanted was to trim the ends a little 1-2 inches is what I stated.The teacher on that day assigned one of her students to cut her ends, this idiot student(picture of her provided) cut almost 9-10 inches of my daughters hair! How stupid and incompetent do you have to be to not know the difference between 1-2 inches from 9-10 inches! All this girl said to me was "oh! sorry!" Yeah sorry my ass, that's not going to bring back my daughters hair that took years to grow out, she didn't give a hell how much that hurt me and my daughter! This was a big F.U to my face! looks like this teacher hasn't taught her students well enough especially this one who screwed my daughters hair! Screw you guys! My daughter loved her hair now she's sobbing over how stupidly cut it is! Don't go to events if you can't properly do the assignment! There is one little disappointment I had but it wasn't a huge deal so I still give 5 stars. My only disappointment: I booked them via Instagram after seeing mutuals post about them. I sent them multiple reference pictures to inquire about the price and I settled with the muted dull rose design I included in the pictures down below. They confirmed with me and I booked the appointment. When I sent them the pic, I was hoping to get a close match. The tech asked me to choose a color from their collection but I thought they would choose it for me to get the same color as the reference picture I sent prior to appointment. I was expecting the tech to help me since they knew the colors they had available. Either way, I asked my nail tech to help me get an appropriate color because I didn't see any that I thought was a good match. He choose it while looking at the picture but it turned out too purple. I was too timid and nervous to voice it so I went with it. The purple was a bit too flashy and not muted as I wanted. The other nail tech by him also said the color was wrong when he applied it to my nails but he said I was the one to choose the color , which was untrue, I just said okay to his recommendation since he knew I wanted the nails from the picture I showed. That was the only part I had a slight issue with but everything else was amazing. They had really pretty and quality nail gems! The nail tech had good skills and shaped my nails well. The prep was minimal but efficient. The salon had a good atmosphere and vibe was good as it was really bright and clean. I felt welcomed and attended to. They made sure to take care of me right away. I only had to wait about 10mins when I walked in since they were finishing someone else up. I got a guy nail tech but I was looking at the other female nail techs' works on other clients and I liked them a lot so I think next time, I'll specifically request one of the female nail techs. They seems very detail-oriented and made sure the clients were truly happy with what they got. I liked my nail tech too but I think he didn't pay as much attention to what I wanted as the other techs to their clients. My nail tech was nice and had good attitude! I would go back again. Really nice salon and they offer brow waxing and lash extensions too!! Price: it was definitely pricey (yes I had an estimate prior so I went in knowing about how much I was gonna pay) and no cash discount (which is completely fine!) but I do think it was justified with the extension, the length, the ombré, and the gems. I'm a cuticle biter/picker, therefore my cuticles are always damaged and I'm slightly self-conscious of it - and it never fails that a nail tech always comments on them. Well Liz did not, and it was such a relief that she didn't even do a double take or switch up her tone. She remained bubbly and made me feel very comfortable and accepted. I will definitely become a regular here.
