It's shouldn't be a problem if it's something I'm going to have to wear on my feet for the next several weeks and I'm paying for the service but I didn't make it a big deal. I also asked if there was a free drink with service since the women next to me received one. At that point I was almost done with my service so I just didn't even bother asking them to bring me anything. I wasn't aware you're supposed to scan a QR code. I guess I would just say it would be nice if someone lets the customers know when they are seated. The place is big and beautiful but unfortunately I'm all about how they service you, I don't think I would come back.

Yes the aesthetic in here is nice, but they charge for everything. 20 extra dollars for no chip on a pedicure that costs 70 is beyond Ludacris. I also love the atmosphere of this place. They always play romance movies and love song playlists. It's a very relaxing environment to get your nails done in! My recommendation is to make an appointment far in advance (like more than a couple days in advance or at least when they first open) because I have called the day of a few times and they've been booked.
