I visited this salon on January 29th hoping to get my nails done by Selena, but she wasn't in. Instead, I went with another technician who sits in the back at station #15. I asked for a short almond-shaped French full set, but she insisted on keeping them longer, saying they wouldn't look right if cut too short. As she worked, I asked her to shorten them some. After leaving the salon I tried to like them, but they were uneven, bulky and the polish was applied crookedly. The next morning, I returned and politely asked her to shorten and reshape them, only to be met with an attitude. She insisted my nails were "beautiful" and that fixing the shape and cutting them down would make them look "ugly." When I explained that I wasn't happy with them, she told me my only option was to soak them off and get a whole new set--at an additional cost. After going back and forth, I decided it wasn't worth the argument and left before losing my temper. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, After paying $65 ($120 in total) for a bad job and poor service, I will NEVER come back. The attached photos speak for themselves.
Well first time here and I loved it. This place is so clean and looks fancy. Everything is well priced and they do an amazing job. My sister is a regular so I decided to come with her to try this place. I think I found my new favorite place to do my nails. I was so impressed how nice, professional and friendly the ladies that work there are. I wanted nails with designs and they did a better job than I thought. They do a lot of designs and they look amazing. According to my sister they are always busy but it's ideal to come on Sundays it's empty. I will comeback to get my toes done too. I highly recommend this place
I've never had better sets at any other place. Nicole's prep is top tier. My nails haven't broken, lifted, of popped off and I get fill-in once every 4-6 weeks. I'm very rough on my nails and they still last. The prices are reasonable considering the trendy designs and skill. Also, The salon is really clean.
Had to leave the stupid shop up the street "perfect nails" boi is that a lie. Anywho, got off to a slightly rough patch here, people just don't want to do what you ask (so quick to use the drill, no). Anyhow, at the end, since I 'Wanted' (not needed) my nails done everything turned out okay. Hate I passed them up going to the place mentioned earlier. Cindy was caring, gentle, fast and efficient. If I EVER want to get my nails done in the far future I'll keep this place in mind. Not sure why I couldn't get designs, she said not on green nails just pink ones, whatever, I'll keep my money. Love the ambiance, it's rather fancy inside. Just annoying that a different tech "always" have to walk up speaking non-English, mind your business, say it later, but their English dialect here is very good.
DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!! Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I go on vacation next weekend and I recently had my nail broken so I came with the intention of getting acrylic toes to make them look even. She said that my toe would get fungus which i don't know how that would happen if she was using CLEAN SUPPLIES. She also said she would have charged me $85 which wasn't the problem and I would have had no problem paying it. She made it sound like I'm broke or something???She also said that i'm a beautiful girl and no one is going to pay attention to my feet. THE WHOLE REASON I CAME WAS TO HELP THEM GET FIXED AND EVEN. She said in two weeks they'll look even when I need them to look good NEXT WEEKEND. I could have done this my damn self and saved $45. I'm a server so i know what it's like not being tipped but that service was not worth a damn dime. How could you let your client leave with uneven ass nails like this? She should be glad I didn't cause a scene in that shop. AND IM TALKING ABOUT THE YOUNG ASIAN GIRL WITH RED HIGHLIGHTS.
First I wouldn't go back! Anyways! making it seem like my nails were perfect this whole time but when I had questions about my nails you had a problem even when I was nice about it. I had to sit there 2 hours more because the manger almost put a fake nail on my skin and not my nail. I told him if he isn't going to do his job right with me then I want someone else, so I ask the lady besides him, if she can do my nails, she was on her phone sitting down so I asked nicely, thinking she might give me the best service but no. The lines on my nails are off the nail isn't fitting on my fingers, I already felt embarrassed that this situation even happen. I'm a nice person if I was a nail tech I wouldn't have served my guest with bad work or give them bad service. You guys are wrong I called the police for you not doing your job right and to give me my refund,. There's no sign saying you don't give refunds and I even asked you to take it off so I can get my refund. I've shown everyone around your service my nails everyone agreed, moral of this story on why I think it's wrong look at my nails in the picture it's so bad. Everyone I see tells me they are wrong, for you to bring up the police saying you'd fight for your service I'd fight my case back with proof. That was not a fair service but I still paid you so be happy but don't be happy at how you decided to treat me. I paid for a 25 regular service doesn't mean do my service bad if I knew to buy something expensive I would have just to get that service (that's crazy).I'm still paying for you to do my nails the right way not half way done, at that I tip to but I didn't because how rude and disrespectful. But hey, Your telling me when someone comes in and gets a polish change only for 10 your going to do them half bad because it was a quick service. I've shown my nails to everyone including my banker and yea they all know I wasn't taken care of properly you made me upset. I'm sure you know females get there nails done to feel better not to have there fake nail on there skin. I already did what I needed to do for your actions. You can act all innocent but your service you provided me was so bad, no matter what you say you did me wrong. You were not patient with me over doing my nails when I said it nicely I said sir the nail isn't on my finger and you told me the powder will go over it? On my skin? Powder doesn't go on my skin so me being patient with you was enough for you to do me wrong in the first place, I was nicer then you guys were with me, I sat down 20 mins after I told you to get someone else to even get my nails done I waited patiently. When there was someone available for my feet she asked the guy who did my nails wrong who was next and he skipped me and got someone else I said hey I was here first can I get my feet done she said that my friend that's my friend so I waited. even tho you didn't wanna do my nails right, and couldn't fix what you did to me with no respect. You guys may not see the problem you have cause but trust me customers will view this and start saying how they feel when the products are not right. Ladies don't be afraid to leave or say what's wrong with your nails don't let this man put a fake nail on your skin. If you look at the pictures it's not covering my whole nail, the paint job is horrible, my feet are not painted all the way there's damage to my nails why would I comeback to a place knowing they didn't do me the right way in the first place. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND! they overcharge for the tiniest services and do a mid job at it.... They give you attitude when you ask them about prices and they change prices in the middle of services as well. read more

Well first time here and I loved it. This place is so clean and looks fancy. Everything is well priced and they do an amazing job. This time I get my nails done on the natural color with a diamond on look is nice simple I love it Love it recommend come with you family and you friends to get you nail done. They do a good service and also do amazing job. I love a lot they place read more

First I wouldn't go back! Anyways! making it seem like my nails were perfect this whole time but when I had questions about my nails you had a problem even when I was nice about it. I had to sit there 2 hours more because the manger almost put a fake nail on my skin and not my nail. I told him if he isn't going to do his job right with me then I want someone else, so I ask the lady besides him, if she can do my nails, she was on her phone sitting down so I asked nicely, thinking she might give me the best service but no. The lines on my nails are off the nail isn't fitting on my fingers, I already felt embarrassed that this situation even happen. I'm a nice person if I was a nail tech I wouldn't have served my guest with bad work or give them bad service. You guys are wrong I called the police for you not doing your job right and to give me my refund,. This place is really new and really beautifully decorated! It looks really clean and amazing. Love what they have done to the place. The person that did my nails did an amazing job. I tend to move a lot when I get my nails done but the person would just kindly move my hands back into place. Usually with acrylics, the side view can look thick but he did an amazing job with it! Love these nails. read more
