Okay so I tried to leave a review on google and couldn't figure out how :( But I decided to leave one here! I was initially nervous to get my nails done because I wanted a specific style, but it turned out even better than I'd hoped! (sorry in advance for any misspellings of names) Jackie did my nails very well, he was very methodical and gentle! Cindy (I think her name was) did the art! She was very nice and she made it look so good! I have very small nails and cant put on extensions because I play violin, but it worked out great anyways. I highly recommend this place! read more

Do not recommend this place. For one, the physical appearance of this place is very unorganized and dirty. I went in for a pedicure and noticed that they don't sterilize their tools and they reuse filers and buffers. I got a bad infection on my toe as a result. The man who did my pedicure was in a rush the whole time, so much I wasn't even given the opportunity to take off my jacket. I will not be returning Nor will I be recommending to anyone!!! read more

So I picked a color and he's like no I do this color and said I'll do half ombre look nice. I'm like nooooo I want all holographic polish. He's like oh no that chrome. (it says holographic on the picture!) Then he hurt my nails when he was using the tool to file them down, I kept telling him it's burning . He smiled and said you want pedicure, I said no I'm good thanks. He did a sloppy job cuz I had acrylic under my nail and on my finger/skin. I told him Gel overlay and it was Acrylic cuz I've had gel overlay done and it's not what he did! Then he made a face cuz I told him I to do white with glitter and he was like no I do two white only rest glitter I'm like no.... all white with glitter! I was about to walk out but didn't cuz I needed them done and didn't want to drive during traffic hour to my original nail shop! Then he looks at me and says "you come after work?" Obviously cuz I was in my scrubs, he said "you look tired" maybe that's cuz I've been up since 4am and now it's 6pm. Smh who says that to someone!? He asked me again why don't I want pedicure? I had one done already like did he want me to show him? Ugh. I'll never go back there that's for sure and I'll drive in traffic to my nail shop anyday!!! read more

this place is unhygienic, walls and carpet are full of nail polish residue from years of waste, theirs nail clippings all over the floor. They don't sterilize their instruments. I also saw them pull their tools from caddies during my pedicure and during manicure she had them in her drawer. I paid $65 for manicure and pedicure no chip and they didn't even give me a hand massage! They think they can treat people like cattle because its in the west side, well we are paying customers too. Lastly, they had a line out the door on the 4th of July and they were CLOSED, but there was no signs saying it would be closed, the next day I went back and asked the lady if they were open and she said no and had a smirk on her face. At least put up a sign to tell your customers you will be closed. They don't seem to have any consideration or respect for their clients, without us they will be out of business, maybe that is something that should take into consideration. read more

Stopped in without an appt. Was greeted by a woman that was towards the back of the salon...after she took out her earphones. Seems it was asking too much for her to get up and walk to the front. Told her I needed a mani/pedi. She said "pick out a color". I had to guess where to go after that. The girl that did my nails was nice enough, but her work was not great. No massage, sloppy on the polish. I asked her if she thought my nails were dry enough to leave...after I was able to get her attention off of her phone. 7-11-14 I drove over an hour to LT Nails to have Quinn to do my nails. She has done my nails for 15 years. I was next in line and then another lady. Once she finished up with her current client she yells at another tech to do my pedicure. This is after waiting there for 2 hours. She then proceeded to work on the other ladies nails. After the pedicure she expected me to sit and wait for an additional hour for a touch up on my nails. I advised her that I was leaving w/o a touch up she stated then tomorrow. She was advised this would be my last time I'd frequent their establishment. It appears that customer service is in reverse. Nail shops are a dime a dozen. LT Nails need to get it together or have a seminar in customer service. read more

I got here on a Tuesday at 6:58pm for he first time looking forward to a pedicure ALL DAY..... And saw that they closed at 7pm.... Disappointed thought I'd still try asking, they said of course, I even asked if I could soak my feet and extra 15min as it's been a while since my last pedicure... No problem! Any requests they catered to me. They have a good selection of OPI, china glaze, and Orly. The vicinity is fairly clean compared to mode Cicero "Asian" nail salons, and very hygenic. My mom called me very upset about her services her DISCRIMINATION is not caused for .I knew she was coming to this shop to get her nails done with a friend of hers so I called to talk to her as normal & I hear her saying this is discrimination so am asking her what's wrong we're is she(couldn't been the nail but but it was ‍her response was the man in the shop trying to tell her how to get her nails & she explaining to him what she like cause it's her money of course .so he tell her to seat so will be next so in come 2 Chinese ladies walk in & they ask them what are they getting there response was nails so they send them straight to the back no question asked to be served with no problem so my mom states she was here 1st why she's not seating the employee who's male get mad & tell my mom she can't get her nail done after she seat in there for over 45mins Waiting to get in a chair I know for a fact I will never go to this place we're there's racism ,discrimination, or anything that makes me or my family feel unwelcome I will be looking into this further cause there is no telling who else this place has done things to people who c came in to spend there hard earn money to be treated like this wait until Tuesday am filing a complaint for discrimination cause I don't play with nobody about my mom read more

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! My polish is always even and my no-chip always lasts a minimum of 2 weeks.

I did not enjoy my visit to the nail place. Clearly the man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. He filed my nails a little too much made the really thin he cut my cuticles and my finger got Infected because he cut to much of my skin.
