A no chip pedi was 17 credits which was a bit pricey, but I was pleased with the quality of services. The nail spa itself is very nice, clean, and was consistently being sanitized by workers while I was in there. The pedicure chair was one of the most comfortable ones I've sat in, and I loved the little touch screen tablet used for the massage features. The woman who did my nails was very kind and we had some great conversation. She talked me through each step and let me know price differences for each type of pedicure. Now i understand some Spanish but i don't speak it and she said some rude things about me to her coworker because i asked her to paint my toes right. I told the owner that she was so rough and he acted like he didn't understand what I was saying and just said "she's always like that"....thats a problem. Seeing that this was my first time there, i will not rate the business as a whole....just don't get a pedicure by Mary.

I was totally wrong, the lady doing my pedicure was on the phone the whole entire time, rushed everything, rude, and was not paying attention at all. While filing my nails, she filed my skin and not my nails VERY ROUGHLY. When cutting my cuticles, she cut then pulled my skin and it hurt so bad. I didn't know she pulled my skin and cut me until she cleaned up the polish with alcohol. When buffing my nails, the buffer fell on the floor, she picked it up and continued to use it. I had asked my boyfriend if he knew of a nail shop in the area and he referred me to Pro Nails. I walked in about 7:30(they close at 8:00) and they were able to give me a fill in, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing(which was a last minute decision) within an hour or so. The gentleman who did my nails was so fast(he was done in about 20 minutes) and the work was excellent! I told him how much I liked him being quick and he explained he has been doing this for over nine years. This was roughly two weeks ago that I went there for my first time. Then this last weekend I was at work and had two different issues with my nails: 1. a corner broke off my thumb and 2. I broke my real pinky all the way down. I ended up going back there today. I had the same guy again today and my nail was repaired and had the designs redone in minutes. I was waiting for him to tell me how much it was, when he said no charge. Any time something is free, that's excellent in my book and shows their customer service skills! Then I asked him about my pinky(because I'm not trying to walk around with no nail) and he said for me to not touch it and when I'm ready to come back and he'll make sure to fix it for me.
