I scheduled appointments via website for a deluxe pedicure and full set acrylic with cat eye. The total was $87 on the website before tax. The price in person was $117, but card service fee taxes total was $126. The guy said it's extra for long nails and I got gel pedicure no chip. I didn't get long nails, no difference from what I booked online. I went to this location because I saw great prices and I knew I would be going to come back next month for my trip. Also both Ping and Anna who I was originally booked with started doing another customers nails and got an attitude when I showed them my booking. Anna said no no pointed to another employee to do my nails. Don't bother scheduling ahead of time & customer service not the best.

During the pedicure, the nail tech noticed staining on my nails and assumed it was no-chip polish that needed removal. Even after I repeatedly explained that it was only a stain and not no-chip, the nail tech began drilling my nails without asking for permission first. To make matters worse, the front desk staff and nail tech refused to listen to my explanation and still increased the price for services they decided to perform on their own. We never requested extra services, and we were not even getting polish applied afterward. A customer should always be informed and give consent before additional services are performed and charged. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and very frustrating. I would not recommend this salon based on how this situation was handled.

I had never had dip removal done this way before. Kim put my hands in plastic bags filled with acetone and placed them in a bowl of hot water, which was extremely hot and almost burned me. The manicure itself wasn't even 10 minutes. She barely did anything and seemed more concerned about customers coming in than paying attention to my hands. This is not the first time I've had BAD service here. I will say that there are a few people who provide excellent service--you just need to know who they are. Unfortunately, my experience with Kim was very disappointing.

Save your money, go elsewhere…read more My mom and I both had a very disappointing experience here. I made an appointment, yet we waited 45 minutes after arriving before they even started working on me. At that point, there's really no point in making an appointment if the scheduled times aren't going to be honored. The actual service was just as disappointing. The work felt careless, our requests weren't really listened to, and the manicure and pedicure quality was poor. Our toes were left noticeably different shades, and during my pedicure, my pinky toe was rubbed so aggressively that it actually hurt. Overall, the experience felt rushed, careless, and lacking attention to detail. Between the excessive wait and poor quality of the work, neither my mom nor I were happy with our experience. We definitely will not be returning.

I've been going to Coco for about 4 years and consistently got basic gel manicures and pedicures…read moreevery two weeks. I stayed loyal because of the convenience, the small, uncrowded atmosphere, and the fact that I never had to wait since I always made appointments. As my natural nails finally started growing longer and stronger, I hoped to branch out into nail art, but that does not really seem to be their specialty. Over time, I also experienced inconsistent manicures, nail misshaping, chips, and polish separation that affected the growth and health of my natural nails, often forcing me to cut them down and start over. After trying another salon, I am now going on week three with my manicure with zero chips, no polish separation, and perfectly shaped nails. That experience confirmed for me that what I had been experiencing was not simply normal wear and tear. I genuinely liked the convenience and atmosphere at Coco, which made this decision disappointing after being a loyal customer for years and spending a significant amount there. Based on my experience, there may be opportunities for additional training, stronger quality control, or a review of nail prep and products being used, as consistency was the biggest issue for me. I wanted to love it here long term, but unfortunately, the quality of service no longer matched the loyalty or investment.

I have the most trouble with nail techs rushing to remove my no chip and resorting to using the drill rather than waiting for the acetone to do as it's suppose to. Here I soaked in peace and then she patiently filed the remaining. Leaving me with no concerns about the strength of my nails after removal. Then this pedicure, the other reviews don't lie, it's amazing!!! Feet feel amazing, smooth and brand new. Last but not least, conversation was a blast! Enjoyed every moment I was there. I ended up opting to get the dazzle dry for my mani & that was I guess only $7? Even though the sign said $10? It was just very confusing and feels like they don't adhere to their posted prices. To make matters EXTREMELY worse, when I moved from the pedi to the mani, the man made me pay before he would start my manicure. I have never experienced that before at any salon ever & I noticed that the White Woman next to me was not asked to pay until her service was completed.
