I am super happy with my services! I came in for a pedicure with paraffin. I came in early and Pia was able to make the early time work! My mom also got her toes done and she loves them. 10/10 would recommend! The vibe was immaculate! This came out to $70 with the wax treatment and French add on. I can't say enough great things about this nail salon! Pia always makes time for me and makes me feel so welcomed every single visit. The entire staff is not only incredibly talented, but genuinely kind and friendly too. I get regular pedicures, have tried builder gel, acrylics, gel x and more. Today Serena absolutely outdid herself with the most unique freestyle design on my short nails. You can truly tell how much care and passion everyone puts into their work here. Pia is wonderful she's is very professional and friendly. The prices are right on and the foot massages are so relaxing. She's helped me with keeping my toes healthy and strong and does not request add on - only necessary services that my feet need. Up to modern techniques like Dips, no chip, and full sets. This is an amazing place. It is very clean. Everyone was so kind. I came with my 2 daughters. One for a full set and the others got pedicures. They have so many options in colors and types of services. This place is a must try! If you are looking for a new favorite place, I highly recommend Harlem Nails. I've been coming here for years and honestly I love it. I only come to get my no chip pedicure now because my best friend does my nails but if it wasn't for her I would be back here again! I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. Between the disappointing nail execution and the overall environment, I left feeling very unhappy with the experience. I hope Level Nail Bar takes feedback seriously and focuses on both the quality of the work and creating a more positive, relaxing experience for clients.

I told her to give it to my friend, who is a regular, since I don't live in the area. She insisted the offer was meant for me, so I said fine, give it to me and I'll pass it along. But I never received any free service. On top of that, my friend, who had been promised a 10% discount for the long wait, only received 5% when checking out. Overall, a very disappointing experience. When issues arise, clients are not supported, and concerns about nail damage are met with blame rather than accountability. I ended up waiting 30 minutes with still no service, and one of the workers was arguing with who I assume was the owner outside. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and has now become a health concern. I initially went to Harlem Nails for a BIAB manicure. Within only four days, the product completely popped off, which already raised concerns about the quality of the application. When I returned to have the issue addressed, the customer service was poor. There was no apology, no accountability, and I felt dismissed rather than helped. What is most upsetting is that after the second visit, I developed what appears to be an infection on my right ring finger and am currently seeking treatment at Immediate Care because of it. No customer should ever leave a nail salon needing medical attention afterward. Based on my experience, I also have serious concerns regarding hygiene and sanitation practices. Cleanliness and proper tool handling are critical in any nail service, especially when working around the nail bed and skin. I understand mistakes can happen, but professionalism, cleanliness, and customer care matter. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. Harlem Nails is our family's go to nail salon, we have been going there for many years and thankfully have never had a negative experience. It's our go to place to sit back, relax and get pampered. The salon is clean, the staff is meticulous, takes pride in their work and is friendly. My daughter tried GelX for the first time and they lasted well over 2 weeks. The design turned out even better than the inspiration picture! Honestly by the far the best nail salon I've been to. When I moved around the area I came across Harlem Nails and I honestly can say I always leave satisfied !
