I didn't get long nails, no difference from what I booked online. I went to this location because I saw great prices and I knew I would be going to come back next month for my trip. Also both Ping and Anna who I was originally booked with started doing another customers nails and got an attitude when I showed them my booking. Let me preface this: my nail tech did a good job and was quick. I felt in the beginning she was not personable and that she was annoyed that I wanted to move seats. She warmed up to me and my experience was great. I got the $55 spa pedi with the scrub, lotion, hot wax and massage. Salon vibe: overall the salon and setup is very nice. I loved that the drying station was at the window front so I could people watch outside and enjoy my coffee. What would make this place even better if they were a BYOB or offered coffee--would put them up a notch in my book. My only regret is that it took over an hour for the service, so I wouldn't sign up for this service if you're short on time. I decided to do the $15 add on for a manicure and then upgraded to the gel manicure since I do so many sports. I was shocked, it's been 2 weeks and there's not a chip in sight. I even went rock climbing! My nails are starting to get uncomfortably long but it seems a shame to trim then when they look so good! People ask me if they're fake because they look so good.
