I have been going to this salon for years. They are quick, friendly, clean and the prices are amazing. I heard once someone got stabbed in the face there, but it was hearsay. I hope not. So my sister has been coming to Golden since high school and I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. So I walked in and I asked for a full set and this nice lady name Luna she told me it would take from 30 to 45 minutes . We picked out the colors together and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me something so similar to what I want it I am so happy. She was very persistent my nails came out absolutely perfect. Her shaping was incredible my coffins are amazing. She painted very delicately and there were no mistakes in her job. She added on the Chanel stickers And made sure not to make any mistakes. She was so nice and she really hooked me up. It was the best manicure I've ever had in my life. I had told her that my homecoming was in a few hours and she got me in and out and didn't incredible job. You should really go there!!!! read more

My 1st time here I will never go back yes my nails came out wonderful but she kept burning me with the tool and cut me on my finger and I paid 43 dollars for a fill in yes she fixed 3 nails but that is be on ridiculous and the place was not even clean && Then 2 day my no chip came off I went back so they say they fixed it and the next day it came right back off and today it starts coming off more and it hasn't been two weeks since I had them done my no chip last 3 weeks never again read more

It was my first time coming here..a friend of mine recommended I come because I'm always complimenting her nails! I got a pedicure with the hot wax finish & a full set of acrylic nails..I love them! My feet feel smooth from the wax & I loved the way they shaped my nails..now to see how long they actually last..if they do for atleast 3weeks I'll be back! One thing I'd changed is the decor! This place is the most dirty and dusty salon I have ever been to. They over charge for things on purpose and do not tell you until the end when you are forced to pay. I paid 43 dollars to this dusty salon for a no chip acrylic full set. How you asked? I don't know I asked the tech to explain this ridiculous charge and she was giving me some crap she pulled out of her a**. The sign says 20 dollars for a full set. I have never heard of a 23 dollar up charge for no chip polish. what a bunch of crap. Never going back. I been going here for 10+ years...no other salon will I trust with my nails. John is amazing who is the owner so experienced does an amazing job now his daughter took over. Her name is pee wee and I would give her 10 star rating if possible. She's unbelievable pays such close attention to detail, soo talented and a great girl !! I've been coming to this nail shop for 9 years. I love this shop. Customer service is great and all of the nail techs do a great job. Please me mindful that on friday's, weekends, and around holidays it does get crowded so either be patient or go to another shop. It's crowded because their work ethic is impeccable. read more

This salon is far from professional. John the owner is great even jokes with the customers. But his wife is another story. Let alone the daughter whom seems to be there working during the summers. She is rude and makes you feel as if she is doing you a favor. Pricess are the same at other local Nail salons. The paffrin dip after the pericure is scary! Good value for the money, the soaking pedicure with hot wax or massage, is well worth $20! Management has changed overtime and my favorite nail technician is no longer there, but I have continued to go out of habit and because it's usually pretty easy to get in and out quickly even without an appointment. They do a thorough job (both manicure and pedicure). Only reason I would switch is to find a place closer to home. read more

Titi is AMAZING...she does a great job on designs, nails, everything. I have been coming to this place for years. It has its ups and downs...plus side is they are cheap and do great work, down side is sometimes you have to wait a really long time and spend a half day there. It can get annoying if you have other errands to run, so keep in mind if you have a party that same night. I would recommend to anyone because of their eye for designs, but if you are going somewhere to relax (i.e. a spa) this is not the place! read more

The worst. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. Juliann usually does them & usually gets it right. I told her specifically what I wanted as I usually do and she said OK she did the exact opposite. I guess because she was too busy being nosy about another situation gone wrong next to me. Will never come back here. I grew my eyebrows for months just for her to ruin them in the matter of minutes. Very unprofessional. Very rude to my 15 year old daughter because they messed up on her nails. Instead of being grown adults about it. They painted her nails a soild color didn't even attempt to correct the issue. They even nicked her curticles. They told us to pay and leave. Very childish. I should have known it was going to be shitty work because the place is disgusting. Looks like a dog has been chewing on their dirty chairs, dust and dirt everywhere. No one clearly knows how to clean and on top of that when someone was putting up a missing ceiling piece dust and dirt was going in to the wax. Gross. Never again. My friends and I went to this nail salon about a month ago. I had been there years ago while in high school but had never had a pedicure there. The service was horrible. First of all, we were rushed to pick out a color. Then the women who do your pedi just stare at you and talk in their language while giving you the pedi. They are very unorganized. After finishing your pedi they send you to the male in the salon to design your toes if you want (by the way is horrible) and he is rude. They then do the parrafin wax and it was so crowded and annoying because of the time it took them to do a pedi that I didn't notice they didn't even put a clear coat on my nails. So as you know by a week later they looked horrible and I will never go there again. Yes the pedi was only $20 and it wasn't even worth it. You get what you pay for! IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR A PEDICURE!!!! read more
