All of the OG technicians are now gone, and it's clear the salon is struggling--especially seeing the constant hiring posts on Instagram. As a longtime, loyal customer, I came here every month for the same services: an acrylic set and a no-chip pedicure. The difference now is honestly shocking. What used to take about 1.5 hours now takes over 3 hours, with a noticeable drop in quality. If I'm paying luxury prices, I expect efficient, high-quality service--not to spend hours in a chair for cheap results. I never had issues--no lifting, no nails falling off, nothing. Now, the results just don't compare. The consistency and professionalism that once made this place stand out are no longer there. It's really disappointing to see such a decline. Booked an appointment here excited that it's a Latina owned salon . When I walked in , I got a look of annoyance as if they didn't know I was coming. Their nail color books were falling apart and it was hard to pick a color . The young lady who did my nails was nice but seemed incredibly inexperienced. She kept looking around for tools , looked lost and had a hard time communicating with anyone since she didn't seem to speak English . She also kept messing with her hair , with no hair tie , again seeming inexperienced and not prepared. I asked that she did not put the foam sandals on me because I've ruined my fresh polish that way but she didn't understand me and did it anyway , and then had to correct it before I left . She did a great job on my fingernails though and did exactly as the picture I showed her . Overall, I was looking for a salon where people are friendly, welcoming and where I could get good service. I came here a few weeks ago and I made a 1:30 appointment . I was sitting in the waiting until 3 o'clock . I wanted to leave but it was a Friday and had no where else to go . It seemed as I was sitting down , everyone in the salon was getting offered wine . I wasn't offered wine , or water . When it came to doing my nails it took about an hour and a half . Came here at 1:30 , and by the time my nails dried and I could leave ; it was 5 . Very annoying and bad customer service . I needed a pedicure & decided to try a local business in my local neighborhood. It was my first and last time I'll visit this nail salon. They do not have your typical massage chairs. Instead you'll be seated on a stylishly bench which in my opinion was very uncomfortable. They place a cushioned board on the edge of the basin which is not locked in place so you have to keep it in place with your feet. Talk about working my hamstrings. So uncomfortable!! I walked out of this place with a back ache too from the bench style seating since not much back support. What should've been a relaxing experience turned out to be a workout. Next time I'll drive a longer distance for a better experience. The girl did NOT do a nice pedicure. She left my pinky without nail polish on part of it. I had to point it out to her to fix. Also, they have no drying mechanism other than telling me to wait 10 min for my nails to air dry. When I got home I noticed the nail polish on my nails had tiny bubbles as if the nail polish was old. I wanted to give this place a try, I hadn't done my nails in a while and wanted to treat myself to having my nails look good. Not to mentioned I was there from 2:50pm and didn't leave until 4:15ish just to realize my nails were HORRIBLE. I got a pedicure and a set of "gel" nails. The pedicure was not as horrible as my hand nails. Except for the fact she didn't even color the whole nails and smeared off some nail polish from my toes. But then to have to pay for my nails to look like I have gum stuck on them. And the nail techs kids were walking around talking to them and they still went out to buy food while the elotero man passed by leaving me and some other girl there as they told the guy at the front desk what they wanted. Honestly this sucks because I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But I came here the first time and my nails did not look great. They were chunky, polished sloppy, one of my nails is extremely crook it, you can't even play it off the nails look like they were going to fall because they're pointing up. I was here for 3.5 HOURS for a regular Acyclic full set. I called the next day to get them fixed, spoke to Denise and booked an appointment for 4pm. Well 4pm came around and no one was available. No one started on my nails until 4:45pm. Please do not book here unless you like any of the things I mentioned before and if you have a lot of time on your hands. The girls are nice but shit, the time management & the "skills" are not great. The owner didn't even bother to apologize for the bad work. It's been 2 weeks and a nail already broke. As someone else mentioned- ouchhhhhh. Gel polish I came in with was filed off, no soaking or acetone used for removal. I have never ever had polish removed entirely by filing, it was brutal. Cuticle work was all done without using any softener and blood was drawn. Files were not single use/used for multiple people. The healthcare worker in me is mildly concerned especially given the blood. Two instead of one star because they were very nice but I will not be returning. read more

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who is too kind to ask for a refund. I will respect her decision but I will vent on here. My sister just showed me her acrylic nails that Keishla did and they are not worth $50 + gratuity that she paid. I don't know what Denise was thinking letting her do nails and charging people full price. She is obviously not ready and is still learning. My sisters nails were not filed down or shaped properly, she took a VERY long time doing her nails and on top of that she showed up 15 minutes late to my sister's appointment. I don't know how you can let a customer walk out with nails looking like this and thinking that this is worth the prices you have listed. Please prepare your technicians or advertise that they are new so customers are aware and before you tell me that she could have said something keep in mind she was there for about 3 hours and at that point she just wanted to go home. Stay away from this place. They are extremely rude I called I happen to speak perfect English the lady told me that she didn't understand me. So I tried Spanish right away she begin to take my call but the tone of her I don't understand is what I didn't like I thought thats rude to begin with. A Friend told me this place is great so great I decided to give it a try and I call to see if they take walk ins the lady said no only by appointment she also mentioned that I needed to Zelle her $ 20.00 in order to schedule me for a no chip mani. Thats exactly what I did I called her back to see if I had Zelle's her correctly and after I had Zelled her she proceeded to tell me that since they had all day openings I scheduled for the very next day and if I I cancelled within 24 hours I would loose my deposit I told what if I need to reschedule since I had furniture delivery the same of my nail appointment. I didn't know what time exactly what time they come since they give you a 4hour window I thought to myself the worst that could happen I change my appointment for a different day however the lady said if I don't make it to my appointment I would loose my deposit anyways please double check their policy of your initial deposit anyway they sound super dishonest and super strict with the deposit please be aware you might loose your deposit if something comes up unexpectedly. So decided to try a new place, waited for 2 hrs and then it took another 2 hrs just to get a full set with no chip color.. the girl was nice and did a good job but I never waited this long at a nail salon and i also didn't like that they don't give you one price which I know most salons charge extra for length and shape, but not like this one. it was too pricey I never paid this much for full set even when I do multiple colors, the most I've paid is $50 and they wanted me to pay $65 everyone I asked kept giving me a different price or kept asking another person for the price definitely won't be going back there again.
