So I came back here after years of not having services done there. Loved my service today! The young lady did a fantastic job! She did my daughter's overlay with a French design and her nails came out so nice too. Definitely satisfied. The wait was not long either which was a plus for me. read more

used to be the spot for nails I don't know what happened. Just had my nails done with Cindy. She rushed through my nails. They were all different sizes. She left the gunk all inside my nails. I've been doing my nails for years and what she did today was horrible Work brought it to her attention and it bothered them so much if you're gonna charge 65 for them do them right. Never again. As far as my pedicure it was OK. read more

Everybody else washed their hands after shaping!!!!! just talked about people all day long and the young ones looks at you crazy when you first come in, everybody gets a 1 minute stared down????. the only reason why I came in because on the phone he said that they do gel overlay, but then when I got there was lying and say the acrylic was gel read more

I wish I can give them a 5 but the old man that tried to do my nails, broke my real nails and cut me bad with the nail clipper. Then he had the nerve to get mad at me cause I was complaining about him cutting me. He then asked the owner lady to my nails. Well it was the only good decision that old man could have done. She did so good on my thanksgiving theme nails. I will definitely be back for her she was amazing. Her costumer service was good too. Now that Kenny don't work there the costumer service has been good and some of the new employees are good and nice. I'm glad I decided to give this shop another try. Prices are reasonable and not over priced. read more

This place is horrible. Customer service is lacking. Customer care is lacking. I tried to complain and asked Cindy for my money back, and all I got was ignored, then a "sorry about that". Unbelievable! They charged me extra for using multi colors, though it's not posted anywhere and ombré nails LMAO! Does this look like Ombré?! Bumps in the nail Polish. "Oh, that's your nail". I'm dying! read more

Horrible work done there don't waste your time and money there. I literally left wanting to cry. I felt so upset wasting my time and money there and leaving so unhappy. He left the nail so thick the gel polish made a bubble and this happened. The polish underneath was also still tacky and had not cured enough under the lamp. That's how thick he left them. He also left acrylic underneath my nails and different sized nails. Pls look at pictures. read more

This is hands down the best nail place I've ever been to. I driven around 45min to three hours (I go to college in Wisconsin) for this place and I've been going here for years : proms, graduations etc. every single person here takes their absolute time and will fix your nails (as long as you don't exit) to make sure they are exactly how you want it to be. They are also friendly to your real nails and their pedicures are to die for. If you have crusty , dry , aching feet; this is the place for you!! It also great if you're balling on a budget and don't mind a little hood. The things I'm not really fan of but still think it's worth it Are : the smell, the lack of seating and the wait. But in all it's $22 starting point for a full set and you can't beat that. read more

I went for the first time because an aunt had recommended the place. I choose a color and they give a totally different color. When I told them about it, there answer was, "it's the same color but it looks different in the book because it's just too old and we are trying to get rid of the colors". Therefore I responded, "well then if the book is old and not the exact color as showed in the example book, then why not get rid of it right away?" And then they replied, "the color still looks nice on you". I said, "yes but it's not what I paid for. I asked for this color thinking it's the same color (because it's logic...)". He then ignored me and changed my nails. I give them two stars because of that. I just find it very upsetting on how they prefer to get rid of the colors by lying to their customers about the color being the same as in the sample book. Not so cool. read more

I'm not a fan of driving down Kedzie because for as long as I can remember there has been some type of construction going on and it's just a Hot mess. But because I received a generous gift certificate I thought I'd bear down and bite the bullet and get there alive. I was the first customer there at 10:15 a.m. and the guy who was setting up for the day was surprised to see me but quickly dropped what he was doing to set up my pedicure chair. I was impressed at how clean and modern the salon appeared and the guy who took care of me was so thorough and patient. He did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure. Plenty of parking as it is in a shopping center area. Bonus: TJ. MAxx is right next door! I wish this place was closer to me but if I can spend some quality time with my sister I may treat her next time. Mani and Pedi for 32$ NOT BAD! Nice place...give it a try! read more

This place gets packed pretty easily but they do their best to accommodate everyone. Everyone is saying they have bad customer service but they're simply trying their best to get everyone serviced. All I can say is that I've been looking for a nail salon around here and they've all been horrible. This place is in decent condition considering the location. I got the best no chip and pedicure here that I've had in a very, very long time. The guy that did my no chip literally took only 20-25 minutes and they still came out perfect. He was great and I'll definitely be going back to him. They had a promo going on- if you spend over $50 you get a lotion or a pair of sandals. So I got a beautiful mani and pedi and a free lotion! The only bad thing was that I went on a Saturday morning and there was literally a line before the place even opened. They open at 10 but the owners didn't even get there until 10:30, I'm assuming that's why there was a line. Your best bet would be to go on a weekday. Either way- I love the job that they did here and I will definitely be back!! read more

I came to this place because my sister wanted to do something nice for my Bday. The pedicure was awesome! They did my scrub down and my toe nails were perfect. Then it came down to my hand nails. Everything was great until it was time for the nail art. I had them apply some diamonds and they fell off the same night! I went back, they were super accommodating they added new diamonds. They fell off the next day. So if you are looking for a plain mani/pedi this is the place. NAIL ART? Nope! Not good for nail art or diamonds. They apply the glue after they add the studs, so they are applying the diamonds with just nail polish. And we all know the glue goes on first! Lmao read more

I have given this, please hours of my life waiting because they do such a great job. What I mean is, anytime I go and get my nails and feet done. I know that I have to cancel my plans for the day. I know the place opens at 10 AM, but normally the nail techs arrive around 11 AM and by then there are at least a good 10 or 15 people already waiting. I just left and don't plan to come back although I'm really sad because they were my favorite salon. I think it's time to move on to be able to do other things on my day off. read more

I usually only get upper lip waxed here because it's the one place that doesn't irritate my skin. However this time I came in for a no-chip manicure for me, regular mani for my niece, and gel fill-in for my mom. We were all super pleased with the services. We came in right at opening time because they always look packed. I'm glad we did this because there were about 4 people already there too. We waited about 10 minutes and then we were all tended too. Prices are good. $30 for my no-chip. $30 for my mom's fill-in because 2 nails had fallen off. And $15 for my niece's basic mani. I guess the only reason it's not a 5 star rating is that they're not all very friendly and the hand massage I got lasted about 5 seconds. A week later my nails have not chipped at all but the color does look a worn out. read more

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Lately, their attention to detail has been horrible. I get acrylic full sets and they only last me one week, before they would stay attached for 2.5-3 weeks. Also, on a Saturday, I showed up with my mom and sister at about 9:45, they're opening time on the sign said 10am. When we got there, there was already a line of about 2-3 people. However, no one was there to open at 10am. They did not open until 10:45. 10:45!! 45 minutes later than the time that appears on the sign. Seriously, horrible customer service. No one says hi and welcome in. Thankfully a new nail salon has opened in the area. My family and I no longer be returning here. read more

I gave it an extra star simply because the lady who attended me did her job well. I don't come here often because the wait is simply ridiculous. I waited 1hr 15 mins before there was someone available to start my pedicure. Insane!! Every single manicure table was full and there was someone waiting in every single of the eight pedicure chairs. while all manicures where being taken care of in a more reasonable manner, there was only two people doing pedicures at one point! They should either staff appropriately or figure out a system to ensure they take care of people on a first come first serve basis. I saw a few people getting their eyebrows done and they looked great. Overall, the jobs are done well, but I will look for another place where I can get in an out faster read more

Called for waxing services and told the wait was over 40 minutes on a Wednesday in the morning. Regardless, I had to wait which I think is bad for service. Waxing brows/lip or whatever should be done ASAP since it's quick, not even 10 minutes. Most places take you in right away and those waiting for their nails wait. Never going here. read more

Did a good job on my nails but staff was a bit cold and took a very long time to be attended. I'd end up going somewhere else

Very disappointed. I got my nails done here and they did a very sloppy job. The man who did my nails was in a rush for no reason and did a terrible job some parts of my nail weren't painted and same goes for the matte polish he missed some parts of my nail and it looks a mess. Went today, and this is definitely not a 5 star (or 4.5 star) place. It's cheap, but the mani I got was just ok. They didn't take off my clear polish I had on, so to make it smooth they put on a thick 3 coats. My nails weren't filed completely evenly. And the place was not very clean (worn disposable sandals laying around, nail dust everywhere, etc). Worst of all, the massage did not feel like anything. This place is not bad if you're just looking for something cheap. read more

This used to be my favorite nail salon for a very long time. Recently they went through a new look and along with that, many changes. I went in for a no chip, and after one week my nails are already chipped! I don't do anything that would cause my nails to chip that fast.
