Jasmin does a fantastic job, and knows just how to shape my eyebrows in a manner than most flatters my facial features. I always leave the salon satisfied with the quality of service. I have also received two pedicures there and have liked them, especially for the price and the time and effort the pedicurists put into their work. You do not need to call ahead if you want your brows threaded, but I recommend that you call ahead if you want a pedicure. The ambience is simple and almost hole in the wall--it's not the kind of place where you want to linger for too long. I've never experienced issues with cleanliness. One caveat: the thread used during the threading process tends to be on the thicker side. This sometimes causes small cuts that heal in a day or so. I use tretinoin (though I do not use it the day before and the day of threading) and have thick brows, which could perhaps be contributing to the cuts. Overall, I highly recommend the threading services at Jasmin's, especially when they are offered by Jasmin herself!

Honestly I don't cringe or cry when I go to her because she's so quick and efficient. I stepped once or twice out of my comfort zone once or twice for a Brazilian wax. I just wanted to give her a shout out and recommendation as she recently ventured out on her own. Laura is a wonderful practitioner of her craft. She is always professional, practices good health/cleaning practices and is respectful of my time. The final result is always great. I love that she truly assesses my facial features and personality and gives me a look that truly compliments me (not just what might be popular on Instagram).
