At first i didn't know what I needed but after discussing with Anna and what she noticed about my skin the choice was made and completely correct. It was a great experience and I even noticed a difference right away. I even purchased some products but was in no way pressured to do so. Plan on do another one soon. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Anna on July 24 for today, August 5 at 12:15. After driving around to look for parking for 10 minutes I arrive and find out she FORGOT to schedule me. She offered to do it later in the evening or the next day but my schedule is not flexible and that is why I made the appointment for this day and time. If you must use this place, make sure to confirm your appointment. read more

I started going to see Ania regularly a few months ago, and I always LOVE the work she does. I've gotten a facial, dermaplaning and (of course) lashes - each service was exceptional. I also recently tried her Kobido facial massage (a newer treatment that's not as well-known in Park Ridge but one I wanted to try) and nearly fell asleep from how relaxed I was afterwards. Ania is an incredible esthetician, and I look forward to seeing her every time. If you're thinking about booking with her, you won't regret it. Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, her soothing presence makes the experience even more pleasant. Thank you Ania! read more

I found this location on Groupon and have wanted to try mink lashes for sometime now. I'm thankful that I found Anna. She made the process easy and is very clean. She takes pride in her work. Anna was a gem. So kind and very knowledgeable about the product. I recommend if you live nearby or don't mind the drive to the burbs for great work to come here. read more

I have been a loyal customer to Anna since 2016 for her Mink eyelash extensions. I've seen her business grow and clientele increase throughout the years, and it's all due to her hard work ethic and dedication to hone her craft. Anna is an amazing esthetician who is personable. The quality of products she utilizes are high grade, the cleanliness of the building is always kept, and of course where she truly shines is her skills in applying lashes. She takes care never to rush the process, but is timely. I recall the first time I ever got them done was with her and she was able to recommend a length that suited me perfectly. My lashes look beautiful and natural every time, and they typically last 3-4wks until a refill is needed which is her recommended time frame. It's truly heart breaking for me since I had to move cross country, it's going to be so difficult to find another esthetician with the quality service that she provides. read more

I went in for my first lash lift & tint ever with Anna. My lashes came out great! I'm really happy with them! Working with Anna was a breeze. She was very responsive via text and answered all my questions during the process! And the space is beautiful! I felt very safe and comfortable! read more

Beautification Spa - Waxing Near Me - Park Ridge, Illinois

Anna is so knowledgeable, kind and patient. I go to the same location for Laser Hair Removal and Ness recommended her for a lash lift and tint. I've had my lashes done at other places, but none compare to the service she provided me. The room is peaceful and cozy. Her hands and touch are soft and I nearly fell asleep. Usually when I get any lash service, extensions or a lift I never get sleepy cause I'm always anxious, but the energy in her spa is fantastic. My lashes lasted 8 weeks. She also educated me on why I should get a tint too and not just a lift - that was a game changer for me, they really popped! Thank you, Anna! I am sad to see these 1 star reviews on here for a few reasons. 1. They are from people who purchased a Groupon. As someone who used to work for Groupon Corporate for many years in the merchant support division I can attest to the types of people who buy Groupons. Groupon purchasers are not the best clientele. They are looking for a quick deal and often times do not become repeat customers. Groupon preys on business owners offering them a marketplace to showcase their business and they take 50% of the business owner's profit. Groupon argues the customer will come back as a full paying clients after their initial Groupon discount service. But statistically that doesn't happen. I've worked with many business owners that claim Groupon hurt their business in the long run. Anna deserves the best of the best of Park Ridge's high end clientele so if you can pay full price, go see her, her services are worth the full price so she can be paid a respectful wage for her time and knowledge. 2. Anna is an amazing professional and the negative reviews are from people who never even received a service from her!! They shouldn't even be allowed to review her. Their real complain should be with Groupon or themselves for lack of reading the fine print on the Groupons or letting it expire due to personal reasons that don't relate to Anna. Maybe have compassion for Anna and running a business, we don't know what people's personal lives are so if you expect kindness for your own situations you should show kindness and grace to others as well...like maybe don't buy Groupons now that you know the truth about the profit margins for business owners trying to make it in a competitive market. What these negative reviewers are not realizing is Anna is most likely not making money off of doing the service but is doing her best to accommodate while manage her business and fund all the expenses of running a successful lash and facial spa. 3. Negative reviews can really hurt people's livelihood, Anna doesn't deserve this criticism. Go see Anna and pay full price for her work because she made my lashes looks gorgeous and they have lasted 8 weeks!!! I get so many compliments and it's all thanks to her talent. read more

Anna is so friendly and very professional. My first time ever using a spa and she won me over as a client.

It's amazing how you meet people, and I'm thankful I was able to meet Anna. She truly takes pride in her skill. I've been going to Beautification Spa for over a year and I love the way I look in lashes. I have short hair, so wearing lashes Daily is a must and my choice. I do have to thank Anna, because she is so professional, her space is beautiful and calming, and I leave feeling very relaxed with my beautiful lashes. So if you want beautiful lashes, it's important that you choose a professional that takes pride in what they do and Anna is the girl that knows what she's doing. So what are you waiting for, set up an appointment with Anna and watch how she can transform your lashes from plain to gorgeous. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. read more

I decided to give microblading a try. I usually have to either pencil in my eyebrows or play around with the brush on gels. I wanted to make my eyebrows stand out, and look like they haven't been plucked to death. (Which they have been, high school years). I was always hesitant about these kinds of procedures, they seem very invasive with the cutting of the skin, but contrary to my belief, this was not that bad. I did like the fact that Anna spent her time explaining the whole procedure in detail. And believe me, I had a lot of questions. Not only did Anna explain everything very well, she also matched my eyebrows to match my face shape, and explained to me where exactly my eyebrows need to end. (Very insightful, had my eyebrows too short for years). Really enjoyed the procedure the time flew by, it didn't hurt at all and the results are really good. A Little bit dark at first but from what Anna said that's normal and the eyebrows will fade a little bit and look more natural. Overall experience was great, very clean and sterile environment. Everything was prepared in front of me all new and packed instruments were used, and overall very good customer service. I can't wait for the full results, and to go back in the future. read more

I cannot say enough about Anna! Ana was professional & respectful Never rushed me talked to me about what lashes would work best & why. I highly recommend Ana!! read more

Anna is amazing!!! Both treatments I received were of the highest quality. The seaweed wrap was so good and relaxing that I actually fell asleep for a little while. All of the extra touches she adds in like cold eye pads sprayed with lavender made the whole experience simply the best. read more

I'm from California & had moved to Chicago for work. I was in desperate need of a lash lady here. Anna was able to pencil me into her schedule last minute. I'm not gonna lie, going to a new lash specialist who I knew nothing about or saw any of her previous work was scary, but I got super lucky! She does a great job! I like my lashes semi natural looking, and she did exactly what I wanted. I got many compliments from them too. Even a man noticed & complimented me asking if they were my real lashes. I'm surprised he even noticed. Needless to say, I go to her regularly now. read more

Anna is truly a professional who takes her job seriously and makes her clients feel remarkable. I received a custom facial. Anna took the time to observe my skin, she listened to my concern areas on face, she made recommendations on what ingredients to avoid using and continue using for my dry skin. Anna cleaned my overdue pores, gave a custom mask treatment, while massaging face and hydrated my skin etc. Anna made my skin glow and feel refreshed. I will be scheduling another appointment soon because my skin deserves to be glowing/pampered by only Anna! Thanks again Nancy R. read more

I tried out this place earlier this month. I chose this place due to pricing being reasonable compared to other locations offering similar services and I really want a place I can come back to for regular services. Beautification Spa is clean with Covid-19 measures in place and Anna was super professional throughout the whole visit. The facial I got was amazing! I have given it a bit of time before writing this review. My skin feels great, I would definitely have to keep up with the facials to see lasting results. I came in with (what I consider) problematic skin - dehydrated but there's bumps and acne, and Anna did a great job with extractions, which is what I really look forward to. Even the very next day, my skin seemed to be little brighter and "cleaner"/smoother. All in all - happy with my first visit and would love to be back for more to see how much my skin can really improve with Anna's help. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a facial at this Spa, shortly afterwards I was diagnosed with cancer and had surgery. Being barraged with doctor appointments I let the time slip away and realized I needed to use the Groupon. It was not yet expired so I called and spoke wi the owner Anna, she didn't even want to hear anything and shut me down. I was able to get refund but would not use her business if it was for free. Such a lack of compassion. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool. read more

Anna did my lashes last minute and they're gorgeous - completely natural and beautiful. I saw that this place had great reviews, so I bought a Groupon to try it out. I tried making an appointment, but the owner never got back to me. I would understand scheduling an appointment for me a few weeks from now since I have a Groupon and am not paying full price. However, I would've liked the owner to get back to me promptly so I could at least schedule the appointment. I just ended up getting a refund for the Groupon. read more

I purchased a groupon for an eye lash extension with Facial Spa Studio and tried to no avail for over a week to schedule an appointment. I called and left several voicemails as well as sent several emails. I had to contact groupon to contact the merchant and after 48 hours I received a call to schedule. When I complained about not being contacted after so many attempts it was suggested that I get my money back, so I did. read more
