Despite showing up consistently, I had to chase them down just to get the appointments I already paid for. If I didn't follow up, I wouldn't have been scheduled--period. Midway through my package, the owner disappeared without notice and passed me off to someone who could only communicate using a translation app. I was stuck with needles and injected with substances I wasn't informed about, and when I asked about swelling and hard spots, I got blank stares. My final session was so painful I could barely move, and when I spoke up, the owner told me I was "being dramatic." That's not just unprofessional--it's dangerous and negligent. And instead of owning their mess, they went on Google and lied in their response--twisting my words, fabricating timelines, and completely dodging responsibility. If you're thinking of trusting them with your post-op care, don't. Save your money, your recovery, and your sanity.

The day of my appointment I was running behind because I was stopped by a train. I did call and she was very understanding. I arrived 2 mins after my appointment. I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room and the ambiance was amazing. It was very calming and relaxing. I was then place in a room and asked to get undressed. The room was even more calm. Charlene was very gentle, she explained everything that she was doing, she understood of my condition and worked with it and she had conversation to learn more about me. The price point was great for the service and the location is great. I have booked my next appointment already

I paid up front and was led into the main room with a row of massage tables. My therapist used lotion on my neck to start, as well as did some gentle massaging of my face. The hand and arm work was extensive, and the foot work was too. My only regret is that I got the 60 minute instead of the 90, though my therapist managed to make me feel like a new person in a short amount of time. I will be going back with my partner later this week for birthday couples massage :)
