Throughout COVID, I've gone to a few different nail salons and Simone's is the best by far! The staff are amazing and so welcoming, they have their own little family at the salon. Everyone is very professional and they provide quality nail services. The salon is clean, they have clear plastic barriers between customers and the technicians for added protection from COVID. Masks are required and they give you an alcohol wipe for your phone the second you walk in + hand sanitize + temperature checks. The technicians are so talented! Made an app for a wax special, brazilian and under arms for $45 !! Was super nervous as it would be my first brazilian, but my waxer made it soooo much better! She distracted me the whole time and was gentle while also being quick. They use a hard wax here so no paper which made the experience smoother as the wax just holds on to the hair. I love little gems like this. It's so nice and clean and comfy inside. I went in for a wax with Lola I was there a bit early and the staff was awesome, asked if I wanted tea or water while I waited. While waiting I was checking out their pedi chairs and was so tempted to ask for a pedi as well. While getting my wax, Lola was super friendly and the conversation was nice and distracting. Cant tell you how mad i am that i live on the north side now that i know this place is just blocks from where i used to live!! my best friend had a little nail party for her birthday yesterday so this was my first time coming in to the lounge aaaaaand it was everything you'd want it to be. great music, atmosphere, people and most importantly service! i had a pedi and what i loved most was that it wasn't a rushed job. she took her time and was so nice. everyone there just had a great time. the only thing i'd recommend to them is just giving the description of what the other pedi's en tale. they have luxury, rockstar and a few others and i didn't know what the difference was but i was certainly curious lol other then that i'm super excited to watch this place bloom. i'll definitely be trying to find my way back whenever i'm out that way read more

They offer you tea, and water with fresh fruit.. such a sweet touch! I had a polish change with Destiny, and despite it being a quicker service, she took her time and not only did an amazing job, but also had a great conversation. I then had a basic pedicure with Tomy (the beautiful owner) who took her time and always made sure I was comfortable - not to mention she also took the time to get to know me as well! So I called for an appointment and there is nothing available after 3pm until next Friday and nothing available Saturday or Sunday anytime. That's 8 days! With 6 technicians, that's hard to believe. They must be great if I can't get in. One more thing, when the person bought the gift certificate for me, they were told "walk-ins are welcome". I guess not.... At least there are many more nail salons in the area and now I have a graduation gift for my niece. read more
