Nicole is such a sweet person. She's very friendly, professional, and easy to conversate with. I was referred to her by a friend and best decision ever! It's been a moment since I got a Brazilian and she reassured me it was a breeze. I wish I had known about her sooner too. Nicole is very thorough with her waxing, and I left my appointment feeling good and clean. She doesn't rush the process either like other waxers I've had in the past. Cosa Bella is located within the salon suites of Phenix in Countryside. Plenty of parking too! Looking forward to trying other services Nicole offers. read more

I absolutely love Nicole! She is super patient, knows exactly what she is doing and is just very much a professional! I have been her client for about 6 years now or more. I can not find a better Brazilian waxer or just anyone better than her! She makes me feel super comfortable. I always look forward to our conversations and getting waxed! read more

Nicole and I were friends before I bought my Groupon for a Brazilian wax at Cosa Bella only to find out the Nicole is the resident specialist at Brazilian waxes. I was mortified to think that my friend would not only be seeing, but touching my vagina. However, I had also booked a full leg wax, so she would be removing all my hair from the waist down (I had never had my legs waxed before, but my anniversary was coming up). Anyway, Nicole made me feel SUPER comfortable. It was not awkward at all and I would TOTALLY do it again. We just chatted the whole time and it was easy peasy. Barely noticed the pain of my hair being ripped out by the roots. I HIGHLY recommend Nicole. read more

Nicole was great! She was super nice and super professional. I'd recommend her to anyone! She created small talk with me during the wax and it helped distract my thoughts. Considering I overthink things and then get myself nervous lol Since it was my first time, she walked me through everything. She explained everything that was happening and then aftercare. read more

Nicole is great with facials, she is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The place is very neat and comforting. I felt great after my facial. She explained everything I needed and for future facials. Come on your day off and go home after other wise have her clean up around the face for more residue. The facial stuff can be a little messy. I had a Groupon which was very convenient. read more

Nicole is awesome! I've had her services at another spa and was disappointed to find out she no longer worked there. I couldn't be happier to have found her again, and if anyone is going to run an amazing spa, it's her! She's made the space super-cute and relaxing.
