After going to aesthetician school and spending years perfecting brows, she followed her dream of getting into tattooing -- and I'm so glad she did! She gave me a stunning fine line tattoo on my arm, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The process was simple and completely painless. Evelyn took her time to explain the aftercare and healing process in detail, so I felt totally comfortable and informed. The entire salon has an incredibly welcoming, clean, and intimate vibe. All the other girls working there were so kind and encouraging -- you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I watched them work with their own clients, and every person walked out looking fabulous with beautifully done brows. If you're considering anything beauty-related -- especially brows or a fine line tattoo -- I highly recommend checking out Lux Brows and Beauty. Their website has a wide variety of services, and you'll be in the best hands!

I've had several appointments at Zazu's Hair Salon and I want to start by saying the service itself…read moreis excellent. The staff are friendly, skilled, and provide a great overall experience. However, there is one ongoing issue that really affects the comfort of the visit: the washing bowls. They are extremely uncomfortable, and during shampooing my head ends up in a position that causes significant strain on the neck, head, and lower back. Unfortunately, this isn't just my experience--I've heard other clients mention the same discomfort, and I've noticed people regularly getting up afterward commenting that they're in pain. It feels like an issue that could be improved fairly easily, but it does impact what is otherwise a very good salon experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because improving the comfort of the wash station would make a big difference for clients who otherwise really enjoy coming here.
