They are extremely uncomfortable, and during shampooing my head ends up in a position that causes significant strain on the neck, head, and lower back. Unfortunately, this isn't just my experience--I've heard other clients mention the same discomfort, and I've noticed people regularly getting up afterward commenting that they're in pain. For $99 I was thinking if this doesn't work out... I didn't pay much. I booked my 5pm appointment and immediately called to see if they have any cancellations and Michelle accommodated my request for 1pm. For me... that's exceptional service, to get a call from Michelle right away. A good sign I thought. Lia did my lashes and I was impressed that she knew exactly what I wanted... nothing over the top, just lashes that looked natural. I don't like the super heavy thick Mr Snuffleupagus look I was so thrilled that I impulsively had my brows done by Lili... and yes she also did an amazing job! I paid $294 with both services, tips and lash/brow shampoo product. It's definitely worth it. Quite an exciting day for me!
