I have been using Andrea for all my facial and waxing needs for the past 2-3 years. Brazilians are not pleasant, but Andrea is so personable, professional and relaxing--she really puts you at ease! She is the only person I go to when I need facials or waxing done. She got me in perfect condition for my last trip to Punta Cana. Facials: she is so thorough and clear about everything she's going to be doing. She's even helped me pick out products to maintain my skin in between treatments. I absolutely LOVE Luxe Wax. I have been a customer for around two years. I usually see Andrea to get my eyebrows done, and she is so personable and is absolutely amazing at what she does. The whole studio has a really cute mermaid theme, and prices are VERY reasonable - from my experience some of the best in the area, which is key especially if you're a college student like me! The studio is in a great location as well and away from a lot of the busy streets of La Grange so it's really easy to park. Andrea was great! I had never had a wax before and was naturally sort of nervous as I arrived. My nerves subsided once I got there. She made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond with her customer service. We enjoyed a nice conversation that was far more engaging than random small talk. That helped with the nerves, too. The shop is cute and comfortable. The wax was well done and only mildly uncomfortable, not the wicked pain you're afraid of. You should give it a shot! I came across Luxe on groupon and gave them a call. I spoke with Andrea who was so sweet and to the point about my upcoming Brazilian. She honored the groupon price without having to purchase through groupon. After your first wax, each wax is $50 and you receive $5 for each referral. She holds normal, funny conversation while making you feel relaxed. She is beyond professional and is my new go to waxed in the western suburbs!
