Quick service time Cleanliness Wax left me with horrible acne break out Very kind, fast, exactly what I wanted, but the wax she used left me with acne clusters where she used it, not sure how clean the wax was, or if the skin was even prepped right. I have been going here for a while. They were thorough and performed the service I requested. Recently, my favorite service rep is no longer there. A new service rep is not as good. I had to return a second time because she didn't thoroughly clean my chin. Additionally, she constantly tries to upsell for service not requested. I could have returned a third time as she still hadn't gotten all the chin hair. I plucked them. I may not be going back. If I do, I will insist on the service I requested only. My last 2 visits were more expensive. I will also thoroughly check the work performed. Not happy. read more

SHE RUINED MY EYEBROWS. they are soo crooked and sling and she did whatever the heck she wanted to do after I told her just clean them. She left a mess on my face before the holidays. I do not recommend this business at all. I had a 3:30pm appointment, walked in exactly at 3.30pm. First off no greeting as you enter business or smile. I had to informed her I had an appointment for today at 3:30pm, the employee says with an attitude you have to wait 40-45 minutes. Well what's the purpose of a 5 min 3:30 pm eyebrow appointment? Anna did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. They look great and I usually go to the Benefit Cosmetics counter. I will be now going to the Arch Salon moving forward. This place is affordable and very clean. The ambience is very nice and their chairs are mega comfy. I came here last minute during the holidays and they were able to fit me right in. I just left this place she didn't even take off my eyebrow make up and I even asked for it to be taken off. She did them anyways and messed me up. Whole tale of one of my brows GONE. I grew them for a month and I knew there was hair there. She didn't care and just wanted to leave. I didn't even bother to let her fix it cause how can you fix something when there's no hair. was recommended this place NEVER coming here. DONT COME HERE. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. Sat down and enjoyed her kids toy playing at full volume. Salon experience. I tried a couple times to let her know what I wanted to be done but was cut short and was told just a cleanup then. I asked about shape, interrupted again just a cleanup. I wanted a shaping, not just a cleanup. I even tried to make it easier with a picture but still wouldn't listen. Didn't even look at it. I should've walked out. After the "clean up" they'll leave you bleeding. I have 2 cuts from her threading. If she had just let me explain what I wanted instead of what you thought was attending a customer, I could've left a good review. So disappointed and upset. Nothing good about this place. Be warned. Brazilian waxing is not their specialty. But you get what you get what you need pay for and it is 40$ and she did a 40$ job. I do not think she changed sticks when waxing. If she didnt do it for me she probably doesn't do it for anyone and monkey pox is happening right now. I know for sure she did not use different strip pads. She did it too fast and aggressive. She did not wax me she just ripped the top of the hair off and not through the follicle like its suppose to be. It hurt like a b&$!h and for me to still have hair poking out. Went in yesterday to get my eyebrows done because I couldn't make it to my regular lady throughout the week. This is a new location, so as skeptical as I was, I was desperate and decided to go here. Anna greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was so nice and gentle. My eyebrows came out super nice! She has a hand for threading. I was not cut or pinched. The salon is beautiful, super clean, and parking is easy. I absolutely love the hours and that they're open 7 days a week! I will definitely be coming here from now on.
