Upon being greeted, the young lady walked me to a very small "room" with waxing table. She covered the table with paper, and told me to change into a white terry cloth skirt. The skirt was not clean, and had hair on it. The wax started fine enough, but it was very clear this young woman was not professional and didn't really know what she was doing. Several times, she left the room, leaving the door ajar. She was the only person working, so every time a new customer walked in, she had to leave the room. At one point, she asked me if it was okay for her to go do another customer's eyebrows. I reluctantly said yes. It was clear that this woman struggled to complete the waxing process. She went over the same spot several times. She did not hold the skin taut, and missed several areas. She also instructed me to "come back tomrrow" and "the other girl will fix what is left." Overall, a terrible experience. The only reason I gave one star was because the technician (I use that term loosely) was very nice.

From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. I have straight hair that doesn't hold a curl for more than an hour at best. I told miles this and without putting too much hair spray or making my hair brittle, she managed to give me curls that last a full 24 hours! I went into the shop trying to ask someone or talk to someone…read morebasically about their tattoo prices and about you know the service they have and not what do I need to start the service you know deposit etc. the gentleman that they had me to speak was Carlos when I approach to him at first, he seemed like a nice guy very professional, you know, obviously tattoos everywhere until we talk about money at first he didn't really seem like a bad guy, but then he told me that I had to make an appointment and make a deposit. I told him I was in a rush and OK that he sounded good. We exchange information and I left because I had to go back to work. He messaged me a couple days after I messaged him, it seemed fine at first I asked him which day she was available. He kind of told me that I had to make a deposit. If not, there was no day available for me. I have no idea how the shop works. I'm pretty sure they don't have that much customers going through because of the reviews that I have just read not so long ago about them and they all seem that place is not that great when it comes to hygiene and customer Service, I am happy that I did not do the tattoo with this guy because I was going to get two tattoos but I did not want to catch some kind of disease or infection don't understand how they process their customers because in order for me to pick a right date for my tattoo which I am paying for you know I have a busy job. He literally told me that in order for me to pick a date, I needed a deposit, and I kinda got mad and told him if he was gonna give me a receipt or some kind of paper information that said that I had already gave him the deposit and he said that they don't do that he said that they never gave Customer receipt for anything they buy or any tattoo they purchase to get done. He said he don't think they will do that only for me, because I wasn't special that just offended the hell out of me everywhere you go to give you some kind of receipt or copy of money you given to the store owner or the company you were going to purchase something out of just as paper proof that you have already given them some money so I told him that I wasn't gonna get anything with him. He got a friend and he started getting out with me over the phone so I just ignored him and hung up. I don't understand how these people were but it is ridiculous that they treat people like this and have shops opened. You know I don't know if the owner is going to read this review and I hope he does so he can get better employees in his establishment if he is trying to progress in life because this is not gonna get you anywhere he just gonna get you either sued or closed down, because it is ridiculous that I am trying to pick a date that suits my lifestyle. It's convenient for me and I cannot get a right honest answer. If yes we're available that day. When would you like to make your deposit you know that but I guess all they want is money I understand why I'm pretty sure they don't have any customers, because when I went in there, it was dead empty, and there was only two tattoo artist, I understand why now I am happy that I didn't provide money for the establishment so hopefully they can close down and learn some manners and some hygiene along the process because this is just ridiculous. Rob did not take the time to listen to our request and then said it was not personal. That was wierd, if Rob did not feel like doing the tattoo, Rob should have approached the situation in a professional manner. We then found out there was another location outside the Pulaski Super Mall. We walked in and it was obvious Rob had spoken to them already because Rob was sitting in the chair acting as if we were not there as well. The other guys attitude was not the best either.This was definitely a red flag when a customer came out shaking his head as if he was upset. I'm very disappointed. However, no one should trust a tattoo from a business that is not customer friendly. We drove far and decided not to spend money and make sure others know to be careful doing business with this company. Reasonable prices, yet poor customer service. This is not a good look for your business. Do better!
