Maureen is truly a professional and did what I would say was my BEST pedicure yet! Thank and GREAT JOB! I will be back! My moms facial was really great! She left asking "let's schedule another appointment". The vibe is super chic and all the staff were friendly and engaged- not something you see that often these days! Strands is an A++ !

The technicians we had our services with were Staci, Kelli and I believe one other woman where we booked Bridal hair and makeup. On my first visit with Staci unfortunately the makeup turned out so poorly it was recommended I go with someone else to complete my look. I really appreciated her honesty and understanding that she was unable to deliver on what I wanted and so I decided to go forward with booking our Bridal parties hair and makeup here. Communication: after we created our appointments and I had requested airbrush makeup for my look I was very surprised when Kelly confirmed my appointment and did not do airbrush but she promised me it would turn out beautiful so begrudgingly I went ahead. Hair- unfortunately even though I had shared we were going to be dancing quite a bit and I have thick hair that does very well with a good amount of hairspray and hair pins, each of our hair fell within just a couple hours. It was quite sad as of course we had a photographer to capture this day. We were constantly fussing trying to push the pins back in and trying to salvage the updos. Makeup- I was positive that the pictures were going to turn out flawless because the look when I left the salon did look very nice and overall was what I requested with a few adjustments and recommendations on my end. However once I received all of the pictures back I noticed how glaringly awful the raccoon concealer looked under my eyes. It is incredibly obvious that my skin is almost three shades a different when picked up by the photos. I am so sad about this our only recourse is to pay to photoshop all the photos I am in. Overall this place is really cute and I really wanted to like it I really enjoyed working with Kelly but unfortunately the quality of the work that came out of everyone's experience was all of our hair was ruined within less than half the night and unfortunately all the professional pictures we took were ruined by how my makeup showed up on camera. This is so disappointing I don't even know what to say.

When I arrived, I was told the students don't come in until 5:30. I was patient, but by 6:15 I was still waiting. When I asked for an update, the front desk staff--who was kind at first--became noticeably rude and simply said the student was "getting ready." I don't understand why an appointment would be booked at 5:00 if the person isn't even available until later, or why it would take over an hour to "get ready." On top of that, the bathroom was extremely dirty and the overall environment felt unclean. I understand it's a school, but the lack of professionalism and cleanliness was unacceptable. I won't be returning.
