Definitely one of the best nail salons I've been to. I do my fave salon for manicures but I LOVE going here for pedicures. The chairs are massage chairs. They offer you a cold beverage if you'd like. They have tons of choices for colors. I just go with whatever color matches the season. My feet always feel amazing after! I love the pampering. They are thorough, too. She was incredibly professional, suggested additions to my usual procedure that elevated my experience and resulted in beautiful nails. The guy who did my nails was not professional and did not pay attention to what I requested. I asked for no chip manicure and he proceeded to over-file and to cut my nails super short to the point that it hurt. He didn't asked if I wanted to cut them. The water to dip my nails in was cold not even warm. He proceeded and seemed to be in a rush. He didn't use a dish for the nail polish, he dumped some directly on the table, unprofessional. When my nails were cured he didn't even apply oil and the little massage at the end. My manicure was not relaxing nor enjoyable. And he charged me $70 for a no chip manicure, Unbelievable!!! read more

I was in the area & needed to get a gel fill & regular pedicure. I was happy to get in, greeted warmly & escorted to the pedicure chair. I was happy as can be until the nail tech walked up. I was smiling & looked at her to say "hi". She never looked at me or acknowledged me in any way. She sat down abruptly & started talking to her co-worker. Again, no acknowledgment. After a few minutes, I said "hello". I mentioned it was my first time there & it was a pretty salon. I got a grunt response. I wasn't asking to be friends or have a chat but just saying "hello" is pretty standard to any customer. I left it at that, determined to stay in a happy frame of mind. The entire time she acted like she had better places to be. I asked her for the wifi password. She said in a snotty tone that she "didn't know it"! Then, she left & came back & said it was the salons phone # & she said she doesn't know the phone # & to google it. Well, I would google it, if I could get on wifi! I then decided to sit back, relax & forget it . I chose a light pink polish. I noticed while walking to her work station, that my toe nails needed another coat of polish & asked if she could put 1 more coat on. She spun around, red faced & angry & said in a loud voice, "I put two on, that's what we do here"! I showed her it was very sheer. She said "that's your toe"! I've been getting my nails done in salons for 40 years, all over the world, including the far east & have never heard of such a thing. She then stomped off. NOW, my disposition soured. As I got ready to sit down, I asked her if she was in "a bad mood bc of the way she was treating me". Several people looked around. She said "no". Now, I was no longer in a good mood but still saying, pleases & thank you's but not in a friendly manner any longer. I was done being disrespected repeatedly by a curt child. After an hour & 1/2 of being there, she then asked me if I wanted another coat on my toes. I mean, really? I said "Oh, it is far too late for that". I always tip well, which I shouldn't have done, I know! So she got her money. That seems that's all she cared about. Upon leaving, I said to the girl at the desk "thank you for getting me in but that girl was very disrespectful. That was my wonderful spa experience. I think her name was Sunny. I don't know how she keeps a job. I won't be back & have shared this with all I know. One bad apple can spoil an entire business. read more

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed but since some other salons have opened magic nails service are over priced and very poor. the past three months i have given them plenty of opportunities. one month my nails cracked with in 10 days the next the dip polish slid right off in a whole piece (which i brought to them). ow they cracked again. i went in for them to fix and the lady just dipped my finger in the part that cracked. i came home and 3 hours later it cracked again. i warned them i would not return after being a devoted customer for over 4 years. read more

I wish I would have gotten all the names of the people helping my cousin and I, they were a really great team and I was having a weird day, I keep dropping things and just clumsy all around. They were light hearted about it and laughed when I said I wasn't usually like this and this was a bad first impression LOLOL when leaving I had trouble walking and a gentleman popped off some of my foot separators so the toes that touched, wouldn't touch but I could walk.
